About this house rental
We are located 6 km's out of Berridale on the Kosciusko Rd, 1200m above sea level. The 300 hectare property has kilometers of bush track's which are abounding in native flora and fauna. We only minutes from the airport, Lake Jindabyne and an 18 hole golf course. Our spacious grounds and entertainment areas are perfect for the family or group booking.
You can choose to relax in the picturesque surrounds on our property, bushwalk on our many trails viewing the many kangaroos, wild deer and echidnas, feed our pet alpacas, play tennis on the tennis court, play golf at the 18 hole course next door, horse ride at the nearby Equestrian Centre, trout fish at nearby lakes & rivers or ski up on the NSW ski fields.
Accommodation in the Snowies
Pricing shown is for exclusive use . There are four units within the lodge style accommodations, each unit has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has four bunk beds. Each unit is equipped with it's own spacious modern bathroom (including spa bath).
Single ensuite accommodation ($50-$75), double accommodation ($100-$200), unit accommodation ($300-$450), whole lodge hired out ($900-$1500). Please enquire.
Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

Four families stayed for a winter vacay with time spent at Perisher. Warm, comfortable and super spacious, the kids had an awesome time while the parents could sit on the beautiful balcony watching the sun go down.
Kitchen was fantastic and great for cooking large groups, we had 8 adults and 8 kids.
Would definitely stay again, Lynn is such a wonderful host.
Close to Jindy and Berridale and a very affordable option for those looking to visit the snow in either Perisher or Thredbo.

We had such a great time. The property was fantastic, clean, so much space, great living area and the kitchen was huge with a massive fridge. We had thirteen adults plus kids/babies and their was so much space. We all loved it and wish we stayed longer.

Great lodge with nature all around
We loved staying at Lynn’s property. 15 min away from Jindabyne, this is the ideal place for a large group of friends with kids. We were lucky enough to also have 3 births of Alpacas during our stay. We will be back for sure !

Vintage Ski Lodge Retreat

It has all you need!
The location was decently close to Perisher, and the facilities were quite good. The kids had a blast playing pool and running around the place playing games, and the internet was a welcome bonus. The large amount of rooms and space allowed us to make ourselves comfortable. And the Kids were very interested in the Alpacas. We will definitely revisit.

Feels like staying with family.
My sister & I and both our families stayed here for the week to go skiing. 16 adults and 3 babies. It felt like coming home. Lynn is so lovely and she did everything she could to make our stay wonderful. She even did a load of washing for us!!! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped us with every question we had. Beautiful, large old home with a bedroom for everyone. We could all be together for family fun or find a quiet corner to read. We will definitely be a regular from now on. Thank you so much Lynn. You are wonderful and we love your farm. Xx

Great group accomodation
We had a two night stay at the lodge in October 2018. Lots of space. Plenty of bedrooms and is a two minute drive from the local golf course. We visited the berridale in afterwards, the locals were welcoming.

Such a great space for all of us! The kids had plenty to do even though it rained most of the first day and we never felt in each other pockets. Definitely want to make this a yearly thing!

Great ski holiday house
Our big group of 7 families stayed for 4 days and it wasn't long enough. As soon as you walked in the door it felt like home. Everything was well set up with all that you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was also well equipped with a large range of kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking up a feast or spending an afternoon baking. All children had great fun with feeding alpacas in the farm. We will definitely love to have another holiday Here.

Huge but not as advertised
This property was lovely however did not meet expectations. It was advertised as a tv in every room - with no free to air stations at all! Actually could only watch DVDs, if the players worked. Also advertised as large kitchen good for cooking for large groups - only one of the ovens was actually connected to the gas, and 4 of the 6 burners on the stove were connected. When I asked about it the owner said "you don't need that do you?" It was advertised breakfast was included which it wasn't. Even after asking the owner. We had a large group so these things made a difference.
The property is beautiful and if it had been advertised without these things I would still have gone and loved the position and comfort. this property was huge and the kids loved running around.

For our extended family of 16adults and 9children,The Range at Berridale NSW has been a most wonderful accommodation.Plenty of bedrooms for each adult couple have one each and a bunk room for the kids.Clean bathrooms,one for each two bedrooms.A huge lounge/recreation area with abig open fireplace.Well stocked kitchen and pantry rooms.Welcoming,homey and comfortable.We will definitely be back.
