Entirely enjoyable and we’ve booked two more stays for 2023 at present.

Breakfast not applicable. Location ideal for what we needed.

No cleaning products,no drawer space in the bedroom and no sun blinds or curtains for the upper windows in the living room,especially when the sun shines all day.

Modern well presented property, ideal for walking into York

Beautifully presented and spacious, perfect for trips into York via a short walk ( about half an hour ), with some nice green spaces in the area for leisurely escapes from the busy tourist attractions.

Shower enclosure starting to show mould in the corners. Not the fault of the owner but a rather noisy man hole cover in the main road kept rattling when cars drove over it during the night.

Enjoyable, relaxing

Level of detail- fairy/dishcloth/tea/coffee/sugar. Really good folder of information. Area where apartment was - leafy.

Windows didn’t close-traffic noise. No long mirror in bedroom. Poor quality toilet roll.

Great location for where we wanted to be but like rest of York,expensive.

Not applicable

No toilet bleach just unhygienic toilet brush which we won’t use. No drawers for socks and underwear. Road noise. No change of bed linen and towels over a 2 week stay without incurring a charge.

Great place to explore York!

Spacious, clean and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Only thing was that radiators were turned off on arrival so property was cold the first day.

Exceptional Apartment

We walked into this apartment and it instantly had the wow factor. It not only had been so well put together in its interior design but was immaculately clean. Every detail had been thought of. High quality bed linen and super soft bath towels really made our day and an abundance of Yorkshire tea (could there be anything else supplied!)

Really enjoyed our stay, very clean, very comfortable.

The apartment had ample parking on the road at the front of the property. The instructions for how to retrieve the key were very clear. We found the apartment to be very clean, it has a small bathroom, decent size bedroom and decent size living room/kitchen. The bed was possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Getting into York centre took around 20-25 minutes on foot. However, it is on a bus route and taxi's are available. We were very impressed and would definitely stay at the property again.

One very small thing to bear in mind. I am an extremely light sleeper and I could hear traffic at night. My wife however could fall asleep on a washing line so it wasn't an issue for her. Like I say, only a small issue and there is absolutely nothing the owner can do about this. There were no other 'negatives' and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything Moorgate view was wonderful. Clean bright . Everything was to a very high standard. Location gives easy access to the city and transport is close at hand Good selection of local shops eateries etc within a few minutes walk

Lovely apartment

The place was absolutely lovely. Everything was super clean and the bedding and towels were fresh and soft. It was really comfortable and largely we had everything we needed. The photos really don't do it justice, high ceilings, lovely decor and comfy furniture.

I think there could have been some improvement in the kitchen e.g. the pans are ready for the bin. We were there for 3 nights and were left with only one dishwasher tablet.

Great stay, loved visiting York and stayed in the perfect location

The location was perfect, not in the heart of the city centre but close enough, buses were regular so not a problem in getting there and back, the accommodation was to a very high standard.

Comfortable, warm and spacious

Location was great. Easy for buses and a nice walk into town

The frying pan and large saucepan were unusable due to someone scraping the non stick off the bottom. The toaster had weeks worth of crumbs in the bottom. Obviously not been checked for ages

The cleanliness and decor of the room was just amazing and the the facilities were more than above my expectations it was just gorgeous!
