Empfehlenswert

Frühstücksbuffet gab es in einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre-es war dort sehr gemütlich und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war top.Ich kann dieses Hotel bzw.Pension nur weiter empfehlen. Ich würde dort immer wieder gern hinfahren. Es liegt direkt an der Autobahn ca in 3min entfernt. Trotzdem liegt es in einer ruhigen Gegend .

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alle nett und freundlich

Ich war nur zur Übernachtung dort.

Es war sehr ruhig und vor allem sehr sauber.

Ich hätte mir ein Fläschchen Mineralwasser gewünscht, weil ich mein Mineralwasser vergessen hatte.

RIP OFF HOTEL

Rip Off hotel!

Absolutely disgusted with the dreadful customer service received. I’m still awaiting a refund for a booking made by mistake. The issue was flagged up instantly when booked but poor lack of response and lack of empathy. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone !!! Advise to all potential customers is “don’t even think about booking it”, or you would strongly regret…

Find an alternative!

Easy to reach from Autobahn, easy to find. The first impression was Wow!

Arrived, looked fantastic. Walked around for several minutes to find how to get in... (and I've been around!). Finally, I walked into the pizzeria, nearby, where I asked for the "Gasthouse". It was like I was disturbing... finally got the answer that "go up and wait outside, and someone will come...". After 15 min waiting, outside, a young man came. "Follow me" he said... registered and got my room, not too bad btw. I asked for the WiFi code: "It's on the table", he said. It was NOT on the table (later I got it asking again). I asked about dinner at the restaurant and breakfast hours, everything was like sliding answers... Dinner was OK, German pizzeria, but again... not a single smile from the personnel (and I'm an OK looking guy!). The ONLY accommodating actions was at breakfast the second day, buy another man (he wasn't there the evening before. Conclusion, if I can avoid it I'll never go there again. Sorry.

Noisy stay

The room was nice, clean and spacious

Unfortunately the house is too close to the road where heavy traffic passes through the whole night. Large trucks were passing few metres from the window to the room.

Pleasant

Short distance from autobahn.

Difficult to get in touch with reception on arrival. No English knowledge by owner. Errors in booking system caused long discussion upon arrival. Did not accept credit card in restaurant close to closing time.

Good for the price and excellent location if you are in transit North / South and friendly service

Extremely good location close to the motorway and the city and for minor shopping in this. We eat dinner as well as breakfast. The dinner was excellent despite an incredibly rich menu. Serving casual but polite Typical Italian Hotel Restaurant where the whole family is part of the overall picture. Quite cozy. The breakfast, which only cost 7 €, was satisfying with hot eggs, cold cuts of cheese and jam, coffee and tea.

The entrance to the rooms is on the other side of the hotel and a little inconvenient with a lot of luggage. Otherwise everything was ok
