This gated luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida, and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. This home will provide you and your family with an abundance of luxury amenities leaving you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. Providence is only a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. The resort's amenities include a family-oriented fitness and aquatic center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and an activity room for aerobic classes, and other related activities. Providence's main attraction is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge, and restaurant with seating for 200 people. Guests can find friendly competition on the lighted tennis facilities. Providence Golf and Country Club has introduced a "Common area recreational facilities" fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk (open daily from 9 am - 7 pm) when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash or by check. There are no multi-day or weekly passes, daily passes only.

As a group of 9 adults and an infant this villa was just about perfect . 5 double bedrooms are hard to find near to the theme parks so this was the reason we chose it. As a group we were all very impressed with it . Most adults in the party are regular travellers to Florida so have seen a lot of villas . Only gripes that came up throughout the whole of the stay were … No electric kettle and only a two slice toaster (of which it only did one side of bread at a time ) in a house of 10 people this made breakfast time a bit of chore . Minor things indeed ! So on the whole we throughly loved our vacation in this villa . Very pleased to see a safety net around the pool as it kept our 2-year-old safe throughout our holiday. Villa now has a games room which we didn’t realise until we arrived so that was a bonus. We did buy a booster seat for the dining table for our infant and have left it there for potential other guests if management company allow it .

There were 5 adults and we truely enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful home. My only complaint was the kitchen. Their cleaning crew was lacking. There is a visible grease mark above the stove that is covered in dust. Many of the dishes were visually dirty. There was food on the vase on the table. The plates are from ikea and have tons of scratch marks on them. The rest if the house was so beautiful that this just stuck out. It sleeps 12 but not even a sevice of 12 silverware. We loved the pools, both swimming and pool table. We would definitely go again.

Resident neighbors aren’t fond of vacay rentals which made it an u comfortable experience. We found the neighbor standing in front of our property taking pictures of our vehicles….one of which was eventually towed because it was a hair over the line. Beautiful property, however.

This was a great home for our family vacation, property was well kept, the neighborhood was crowded with cars parked in the streets and there was a house that played loud music everyday. We never heard it in the house but we did hear when outside in the pool area. Also there needs to be larger pans for cooking we only had 3 small skillets.

We traveled to the Orlando area to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The house was perfect for enabling family from other states to stay together for the special occasion. The house is conveniently located to the major parks and other area attractions. We had everything we needed.

The house was wonderful it fulfilled all our needs. Kitchen was stocked. AC worked like a champion. More than enough space. Didn't hear any noise from developers building near. Would love to come back and stay. Definitely recommend this home. Check in and out was a breeze.

I would recommend this home weather your traveling as a family or as a group of friends. This home can accommodate 6 couples or a family of up to 12 persons or less. Very spacious with each having their own privacy. Gorgeous family room. Kitchen was perfect. The kids enjoyed every moment at the pool.

Trash issue

When we arrived there was no available trash cans for our garbage. Every receptacle was filled and sitting curb side for the four days we were there. The property manager stopped by and told us to leave the trash in plastic bags in the garage. There has to be a better way to handle this situation. Either more trash cans or more frequent pick ups. Also the family room needs better lighting. There is one lamp for a large room. Overall we nejoyed the house and the stay.

Overall good experience

The house was exactly what we were looking for. One of the most pleasant parts about the trip was the woman cleaning the house prior to our arrival. She was very friendly and helped us a lot! The house itself was very nice but a few things were broken before we got there. The pool table for example had a broken leg making it impossible to move the table to make room in the garage. Also, check in was at 4pm, we drove by at 3:30 and Mark the property manager did give us an attitude for sitting outside the property waiting to get in when we had nowhere else to go. We were very respectful and did not feel welcome right out of the gate. Overall if your looking for a good family home close to Disney, then I would recommend this property.
