About this house rental

Large and spacious holiday cottage located on an open plot in the small fishing village Nr. yngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. The house has panoramic water views from the living room on the 1st floor. The house has a living room, kitchen, living room on the first floor with ocean views, bathroom with prefilled whirlpool and sauna. The decor is personal in the famous Danish cottage style, where there is a strong emphasis on comfort and functionality. The many m² is fine exploited and offers plenty of room for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. The activity room, which is established in 2011, has both a table tennis, table football, bike, Nintendo Wii and extra TV, and the mezzanine is also located here. Heating is by oil-fired boiler, which reduces energy costs significantly compared to electricity. Free access to the water park in Blokhus, which includes offers indoor and outdoor water slide, 25 meter swimming pool, hot water pool, sauna and hot tub. All tiled floors in the house has underfloor heating. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Beautiful and cozy decor and interior design, great space setup, super clean (especially compared to other dancenter homes we ve stayed at), / The house is very near the sea and the setting is simply so relaxing, The view from the top sitting room is wonderful, High quality furnishings, appliances, and basically all you could ask for in the kitchen (lots of plates, serving dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc,), / Honestly, a hidden gem in NÃ¸rre Lyngby and one of the best summer houses I ve stayed at,

So for safe beach visits you have to plan for either driving or walking a fair bit. / From the location you can do day trips north to Skagen or within the area. Been there in wintertime - so social life was not evident on public places.

Leider hilft einem das aber wenig zur Entspannung, wenn das Haus in so einem miesen Zustand ist / - Einkaufen: es gibt vor Ort einen kleinen Laden, der ist okay / - Pub: ein kleiner Pub ist vor Ort, ganz nett, aber Öffnungszeiten haben wir nicht durchblickt / - Steilküste und Strand sehen schlimm aus, da Reste von Mauerwerk, Abflussrohren, Telefonkabeln, Gartenrutschen etc. pp. --> die Häuser werden von der Steilküsten "gefressen" und die Dänen reinigen ihre Strände nicht so pingelig wie wir Deutschen. Zm eigenen Nachteil in puncto Tourismusgeschäft! / - der Ort Lökken ist nach wie vor schön und touristisch belebt man kann gut shoppen und flanieren
