About this house rental

Opposite the hotel complex H10 is the duplex house with front garden and terrace and a patio with barbecue area behind the house. The salon on the ground floor is adjoined by the open kitchen and the dining area. Climate. Smart TV with Sat Antenna for National and International Programs. Internet with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped and equipped with everything you need for good cooking. Bar mixer, kettle, coffee machine, filter coffee machine, ceramic field, micro wave, oven, fridge and freezer are also part of the kitchen equipment such as stainless steel pan and other utensils. The guest toilet with shower is also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 box spring beds. The sanitary rooms are equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, hand and rain shower.
Bed and terry washes are available in sufficient numbers. Likewise the towels for the communal pool area.

My Wife and I have stayed in a lot of properties in this complex.This is one of the best by far.Clean and has all the equipment needed to cook , clean etc. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again no question. Hope to see you soon Jorg Colin and Grainne from Ireland.

We really enjoyed staying in the property. Very good standard of equipment, although didn't cook too much as near lots of restaurants. Only down side was coaches pulling up at hotel and leaving engines running, but as we were out a lot didn't matter too much

Det var lett og trives i denne leiligheten. Det meste fungerte veldig bra. Gode senger og veldig rent og pent. Det eneste var at wi-fee fungerte veldig dårlig. Så vi kunne ikke streame norsk TV eller programmer. Stranda nedenfor er fin å ligge på, men mye stein og store bølger. Når bassenget i område ikke var oppvarmet, ble det lite bading på oss.

We loved staying there!

We have been to Gran Canaria a couple of times and know the area quite well. This object is really well-kept, very clean and there is everything one could ever need, including a high chair, a washing machine and even a barbecue! The only thing we could have wished for would be faster and more reliable internet. The complex itself consists of a large number of houses, there is a central pool and a small playground section, which is in need of some maintenance. Also thanks to Mr. Möller for the warm and uncomplicated check-in and check-out!

In einer Bungalowanlage gelegenes, tolles Haus. 2 Badezimmer, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie in beiden Schlafzimmern mit allen deutschen Programmen. Küche optimal ausgestattet, 2 Terrassen mit exzellenten Mobiliar inklusive 2 Sonnenliegen. Poolanlage riesig und gepflegt mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants und Supermarkt. Auch der ruhige Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles in allem ein höchst hervorragender 12-tägiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Feliz.

Seit 22 Jahren haben wir entweder über Weihnachten oder über die Osterzeit unseren Frühjahrsurlaub in Maspalomas verbracht. In den vielen Jahren war das jetzt die beste Unterkunft die wir je gebucht hatten. Nun muss man ja auch berücksichtigen , dass sich die Qualität der Unterkünfte über einen so langen Zeitraum auch verbessert hat. Die Einrichtung und der Komfort in dieser Wohnung ist wirklich klasse. Dazu zählt auch das Angebot an viele nützlichen Haushaltsgeräten. In so einer tollen Küche lassen sich die leckeren Lokalen Produkte nochmal so gut zubereiten.Nach vorn der Blick auf das Meer und nach hinten der Blick auf die sehr gepflegte Anlage sind sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sauber. Moderne Küche mit reichlich Besteck und Geschirr, mehrere Fernseher, bequeme Betten,... alles perfekt. Leider wird in der Nachbarschaft gerade renoviert, so dass es aktuell tagsüber etwas Baulärm gab. Aber das sollte in ein paar Wochen vorbei sein.

El apartamento es ideal, no le falta ningún detalle. Totalmente reformado con un gusto exquisito. Muy buenas camas y electrodomésticos de alta calidad. Muy limpio. La Wifi era buena, pero habia problemas a la hora de cargar vídeos y YouTube por ejemplo. Las instalaciones de la piscina estaban bien. La playa, de arena fina con piedras grandes está a unos 10 minutos con cuesta pronunciada. El alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Puntuación un 9/10.
