could be better with a bit of effort.

location was close to center, rooms ware big.

- no hot wather for the duration of the stay. - no AC, during the night was hard to sleep due to heat weave - one of the toilets flushed very litle wather - parts of the furniture need to refresh - beds could be better,

I don’t think we gonna come back there

The property is on the middle of Braşov so you have access everything and everywhere you need the property was clean and beautiful

No hot water at all :( and the toilet seat was broken but the big issue was the no hot water we traveled with kids so is hard with no hot water

Quietly situated and within easy walking distance to center.

Beds in both rooms were very creaky.

Great for a quick getaway or a family with kids.

Great location, walking distance from attractions, great view of the Tampa peak. Always happy to come back.

All was perfect, as described. There is nothing I would ask for, considering the price, location and facilities.

Great stay

The apartment is big, very cosy and clean and location is excellent. It is equipped with all basic items plus few nice extra touches in toiletries, condiments in the kitchen and even sweets. We were even brought two umbrellas as the forecast showed chances of showers :)

There is nothing i disliked. I would only mention one kitchen wall needing a bit of paint as it looked like there were some infiltrations recently. But that didn't affect the overall excellent impression.

Lovely apartment at first glance, with a few tweaks it could be superb.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location.

Enough crockery/cutlery for the number of guests. Wardrobe in second bedroom or somewhere to hang clothes. A handle on the side of the bath to assist getting in and out. Some drawers had broken handles and were dirty inside. Freezer was dirty inside.

A place you never want to leave.

We loved everything! The apartment is very spacious and sunny. The real plants were a wonderful touch to make it feel like a home.

Great apartment. Great location.

Too few cutlery (especially tea spoons), plates etc to cook for a family of 4 +1. Couldn't find salt. Apartment not really child proof but it didn't take a lot of time making it so.

Would definetly return and recommend the host.

Communication with the host was prompt, helpful and pleasant. We initially rented just one night and then decided we wanted to stay more. There was a mix-up with the apartments available, but that was very nicely handled. The size of the apartment was impressive! The quality of the beds and mattresses was wonderful. The sheets were clean and smelled lovely. The internet connection worked flawlessly. There were two tables available, which for us meant a place to eat and a separate place to work. The location was really close to Tampa and we could do a quick hike every morning. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, plates, pans, a toaster, and a coffee filter. We really appreciated the tea variety as well. Generally nice and clean.

The kitchen was the one place not as clean as we wished. The freezer hadn't been cleaned in a while and had a bad smell. The kitchen table also had a bad smell and was worn out, which might be why the smell wasn't going away. We had some trouble with hot water and had to wait for it (leaving the water running) at times (not always). The windows didn't keep much noise out and they faced a pretty busy street. There was some mold on the kitchen ceiling and outside of the apartment and that made me uneasy. I also think there was a stiffy smell in the room. My partner disagrees. Having a mop available in the bathroom would have made a big difference Could also have used one or two extra towels.

Enjoyed it!

Rooms were incredibly spacious and beds were really comfortable. We could easily fit a space for work and a space for rest.

Could have used a mop and some extra towels. The space needs some fixing (some mold on the kitchen ceiling, issues with water heating, and broken or old furniture ), but is fully functional and was very accommodating.

Perfect

The apt. Was the best i had in brasov. It was huge and looked like the photos. The key was a bit tricky to get but we managed. It was a great experience.

Great apartment, very spacious, helpful host. would stay again.

We really liked the location, and the spaciousness of the apartment.

There was a party happening somewhere very nearby that went on until 4am.

Pleasant

Very spacious and lots of amenities. Very close to the main square and cable car. Parking was easy to find and cheap. Warms up quickly and bathtub was a great addition.

Sadly and I believe this was a one off we had a very big problem and we’re extremely unlucky and really needed the owners assistance. It was extremely challenging to communicate with the owners representative and I would have expected the owner to come personally to assist.

Exceptional

Great location, in the historical center, very close to Black Church, Council Square, Rope Street. Spatious and clean apartment, with all the facilities inside, and great view on the Tampa Mountain. Highly reccomend!

Great location, cozy, close to city center

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, we had everything we needed (towels, shower gel, hair dryer, iron). The owner was very friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. We will definitely come back. 😊

Nice but with some drawbacks

The space inside the apartment, it was extremely roomy, location, little amenities found in the kitchen

Hard to park your car near the apartment and expensive Old kitchenware, no grill pan Noise during the night coming from the fact the apartment has half of it near a circulated street
