Schöne Wohnung, aber…

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles sehr sauber

Wir hatten leider Pech mit der Lautstärke. Man hört viel von dem Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung, aber bei uns waren auch die Nachbarn sehr laut. Sie stritten sich nachts zwei Stunden lang von 2 bis 4 Uhr lautstark, um 6.30 Uhr ging der Streit weiter. Wir hatten somit nicht so erholsame Nächte.

Great owner, he gave us a lot of useful tips about the area. Nice tarrace and equipped kitchen. Great value for the price. Plenty of space in the village to park.

Fantastic experience overall! Highly recommend

We loved everything. It's a perfect place to explore Vila Nova de Milfontes. The hosts are incredible - warm, helpful, generous. The place is great value for money, super location, and impeccably clean.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect, our favourite town in all of Portugal and the very best place to stay! Nice terrace, large apartment, very well equipped kitchen, and most of all Igor was a wonderful host. Nice to be able to wash our clothes. Very homey feel, thanks to the finishing decorative touches. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

I’d highly recommend staying here.

It is very spacious and clean and had everything you need. The owners are very nice and responsive.

The bed is a little small for two large people.

Modern, clean apartment very well equipped and tastefully furnished.

Noise!! Was like living on a building site with drilling next door, starting at 8 am each day to 5.30pm each evening. Appreciate that this is not the fault of the owner, but did spoil our stay. Also above a restaurant, which was ok, but the noise from the kitchen staff began when the building work ended at 5.30. Not the place to be if you want peace and quiet

Exceptional

We absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller. The apartment was super cute with nice design and features. There is a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Nice big windows. The bed is super comfy and when the windows closed nice and dark, which I love for a good sleep. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Lots of kitchen amenities including a fancy coffee machine (coffee provided), blender, pots & pans, big fridge etc. We cooked a fair bit here. There's also a stash of oil, vinegar, spices which was so helpful to not have to buy everything. Wifi worked like a dream. Our check in was super smooth; we were met and shown around the apartment and given ideas of where to eat and what to do. There's coffee shops, restaurants, a great local market, ice cream shop, beach within walking distance. There was a random group singing in the restaurant downstairs one evening, but we didn't mind so much and actually went to watch through the window as they sounded amazing. I'd highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. If I could I'd move in!

Everything was perfect with the accommodation:-) If you're coming from out of town, and expect to stay a while maybe bring some supplies as the supermarkets were a little on the pricey side.

Beautiful, clean, and great location

Beautiful apartment in a great location near restaurants and walking distance to scenic points. The host was very friendly and gave us a map of stores and attractions nearby. Everything in the apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and felt like home. We also enjoyed eating outside on the outdoor patio overlooking the street and restaurant below. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

The apartment was a bit difficult to find using Google maps, which pointed to the front left of the Alento restaurant. When facing the restaurant, the entrance is actually on the right side.

Perfect

You can’t hope for a better place for this price. Especially the host was very welcoming, helpful and attainable the whole day. Location is right in the Center of vila nova, but quiet an night! Perfect. Thanks!

Lovely little studio apartment with outdoor space

Our host, Nuno, was very helpful and gave us advice on the best restaurants. The studio was very clean and well equipped. It was in walking distance to several restaurants and supermarkets. It was excellent value for money.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. The only negative for us was the size of the bed as we're used to a king size. We booked just outside of the peak season and expected alot more to be open. Many restaurants, boating activities etc. were already closed but we still managed to fill our couple of days in Vila Nova de Milfontes.
