The place is nice and it is in a very good location in the city. The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff was extra polite.

Considering it is not our first staying here, the level of service was lower than the last time. Service at the restaurant was bad, and the breakfast was good, but compared with the last year was very poor.

I recommend warmly Villa Europa. It was a great stay, super nice people and very good food!

The breakfast was super rich, the room was large and comfy, and the service desk was great! I can only recommend it. The view towards the lake was great!

Perhaps the bathroom tiles could be cleaned a bit better, but otherwise everything was great.

there is no non smoking section. if you traveling with kids, you can’t enjoy a meal due to the toxic and overwhelming cigarette smoke.

Like a second home in Struga

Everything was great about our stay, breakfast was especially great and halal. We loved eveything. View from the balcony was great Ohrid lake. It was so carefully cleaned while our stay and we witnessed how importance they were showing to the cleaning. We will be back for sure.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the beach. We stayed at Istanbul room. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, with rich breakfast. There is also a very popular restaurant inside, where we tried excellent food and wine. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

they are listed as waterfront when there’s a street in front and i was under the assumption i’m booking a water view when it turns out they only have the suites looking at the lake.

The Istanbul room is above the kitchen…they most have had a ventilation issue since you could smell the cooking in the room…that soon cleared.If that’s a normal occurrence then it’s unacceptable.

Decent, I am not wowed.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was also good.

I did not like how the receptionist showed no interest in explaining anything about what the Villa offers during my stay and I had to ask everything myself. She also did not give me the wifi password and when I returned to ask there was a girl there who could not speak Macedonian (she had to write the password on a paper). Also, my room was above the kitchen and I could smell the smoke in the bathroom (ventilation problems).

Terrible cold showers, no hot water. No water bottles and you can't drink the tap water here.

Lots of wild dogs barking at 5am outside waking us up. I like dogs but hate getting woken up.

There was no warm water in the shower for the entire stay. We were taking cold showers and may have been better off jumping in the lake.

Great food and location with not so gold facility

Location and breakfast were great

Terrible soundproof, you could literally hear neighbours and the noise from the party downstairs as well. Sleeping pillows weren't comfortable and the hot showers would last no more than 5 mins. And also you could smell the coocking through the wc air filters. Yuck
