It’s very dirty you can tell from the lobby floor I asked them why it’s dirty they said we clean every 2 weeks only also the hallway verry dirty the rooms too we asked to reclean and full of cockroaches i actually couldn’t stay waste of money I just booked another one

The hotel looks new.

The wifi only works in the lobby, and when you go to the room, it disappears. The soap/shampoo/shower gel dispenser was broken the whole time, so we couldn't shower or use any soap. We asked an employee to fix it, and after he fixed it, the soap dispenser broke again after using it 2 times. They don't provide any bar soap. The location is in a poor area, and not on the main street.

Location was very good and staff were polite.

The hotel is a little dirty with stained carpets, bedding and towels. Rooms were much smaller than they look online. It was okay for a 1 night stay but wouldn't want to stay longer

Good central hotel

The hotel is located in one of the central street of Jakarta and the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is mostly composed by Indonesian food, but we had a nice stay. We recommend it!

More attention at the cleaning of the room and bathroom.
