Viaje relámpago muy agradable

El alojamiento en si perfecto, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. El personal de recepción encantadores y eficientes. La piscina bien cuidada y grande

En la cafetería/restaurante a las 11:30 ya n osaban ni desayunos ni nada de comida. Cuando pregunté el personal de la cafetería no fue muy amable explicándomelo, y creo que no era una pregunta tan extraña

Great place for family weekend retreat, but bad stuff…

It's a good place, a lot of services are available in the camp. The bungalow was great, all appliances were in place, and working great. You can easily configure windows and entrance. A great place for a calm retreat. Perfect for a family vacation - pools, activities, and different places to enjoy your time. Not for just a couple of friends, which is okay, but our stay was with friends. In this case, we paid for the bed only. Most of the things we had access to were not for us, but as I saw - it’s great for weekends with kids in the fresh air with a pool. Just be mindful about it

TL;DR: Rude staff, questionable deposit holding policy, expensive restorants in camp, bad Wi-Fi, location of camp is subpar I want to say right out of the gate - the place is good, but small things ruin the experience. The staff is rude. In the reception and at restaurants. It was very unpleasant whenever we needed to communicate. Deposit. I get a deposit policy, no question here. But, in the end, was withholding half of the deposit for cleaning, but no one said that you needed to clean before check out. For the context, we left after ourselves some dirty dishes and two empty bottles, and its statement form stuff. The place has a dishwasher, but no detergent. I knew that we left it, just expecting that will be cleaned as everything else. But, staff said they this will hold 50 euro out of deposit. I'm okay with leaving the place clean, but in booking info only mentioned property damage as a reason to hold the deposit. The staff agreed to return the deposit, but after two weeks I still didn't receive the money back. Speaking of restaurants in the camp - tasty, but expensive. For the same money, you can get better service and food literally across the road. Staff barely speak English. And with that, they move you between the tables, even if everything is empty. They ask you to be seated by the hostess, but it's not mentioned anywhere, and the waiter can not just take your order if just sat an empty table. Absurd… As a minor thing, the placement of the camp itself is not good. It’s outside of the city in ~2km, but there is no safe pedestrian road to get to the city. If you want to visit Sitges regularly you need a car. Taxi is an option, but not a guarantee. You can order it at reception and by phone, but you might just hear that everyone is busy. There are buses from camp, but the schedule is weird, so not very reliable WiFi was non-existent. At our place, at the edge of the camp(called Deluxe Bungalow), WiFi was very weak, so you could not connect.

Amazing, peaceful stay

We adored our stay at Camping El Garrofer. It was so peaceful and beautiful but at the same time it was a longer walk or short taxi to the gorgeous town of Sitges. There was even a private gate that helped you on your short walk to the stunning beach where we swam. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the grounds were so well equipped for everyone, no matter your age or interests. We will definitely be back!!

Schön angelegter Bereich für mobile homes mit kleinen Wegen anstatt breiten für Autos, diese parken auf einem Platz vorausglagert. Kleines aber völlig ausreichendes Mobile Home mit allem Zubehör.

Very enjoyable stay overall, great family campsite.

Well equipped tent, came with a power board and a light. Very good mattresses and sheet sets. Restaurant is cheap and high quality for dinner and drinks. Great coffee cart with crepes and other pastries. Great place for families, very safe, great security presence. Bathrooms very clean and well appointed, the best we’ve seen for a campsite. Very cool pool and waterslides.

There was an ant infestation in our tent each night, could use some ant bait or bug spray in the tent. Our tent also didn’t come with a fan which others seemed to, would’ve been great during hot nights. More security presence for noise late at night.

Lovely

The safari tent was lovely, super comfy and cute. Very enjoyable to spend a few nights. The toilets had a nice design and I didn't go to the swimming pool but it looked good.

The showers could have been a bit cleaner but I understand that it's in the nature so anyways I'm talking about spider webs or some insects around

Great facilities in the room, felt like a studio flat you might find in london!

There were 30+ baby spiders in the room... a bit startling, but it seems unavoidable in the campsite setting. The cabin could be a little more insect proof, lots of little gaps.

Great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, particularly Sonia at reception ;) The location was also perfect, not too far walking distance into Sitges town if you get cabin fever.

The fob for the toilet door wasn’t always functioning, luckily there was always someone nearby to help
