Personal amable, instalaciones húmedas y viejas

Estructura bonita con un jardín lleno de plantas , muy guapo. Está bien ubicado, muy cerca de las calles del centro, La señora Isabella y el señor en recepción nos dieron consejos sobre alquiler de motos y coches y sitios para visitar , y el día del check-out nos permitieron dejar las mochilas ahí para no ir cargados las horas que nos quedaban en la isla, fueron muy amables. Zona silenciosa y segura.

El precio es caro para el estado de las instalaciones en la habitación. Reservamos la habitación superior/king , la que sale en Booking, pero en realidad no respectaba la realidad. La habitación es muy húmeda, hay que dejar la puerta abierta más tiempo posible porqué el olor de humedad es super fuerte, pero así van a entrar muchos mosquitos porqué no hay mosquitera. El design de la ducha muy guapo, con techo en cristal y decoraciones , pero los agujeros de la ducha estaban llenos de cal y el agua salía solamente desde una pequeña esquina. El baño en cuanto paredes y piso muy poco cuidado Está bien y es muy tranquilo dormir ahí, pero habría que solucionar el problema de humedad y las partes viejas.

Buena una ubicación, no tan privado

La ambientación del lugar era increíble, estaba súper cerca del centro y habían restaurantes muy muy cerca, así como un Oxxo.

El deterioro de las instalaciones, se sentía un poco viejo lugar y al ser una "casa" se sentía incómodo llegar a lo hora que quieras. Sentías que se escuchaba todo.

A comfy room in the heart of San Miguel

The location is good, walking distance to the ferry. And it’s very quiet. The rooms face a courtyard and there seemed to be some nice common areas although I only stayed one night so didn’t explore much. The room was also quite large. The man who ran the property was very kind although we had a language barrier. There’s also a cute dog.

The garden and house seemed to be a bit unkempt. I found the price high for what I got, especially considering it didn’t include breakfast (I mistakenly thought it did when I booked.) I slept well and my room was comfortable but considering the price and lack of amenities I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I also would have appreciated being able to check in a little early as a courtesy (I think I arrived from the ferry about an hour ahead of checkin) although at least I could store my bag.

Perfect location, horrible shower pressure.

The best part of Casa Isabella was its location. Really close to the city center, ferry and main shops, bars and restaurants. The place is really beautiful with a big front patio and back one with a small pool.

There were not any water pressure or heat. Personal was a little bit rude and we have a problem with the taxes, they were charging us extra fees that did not appear in my booking.

Located in the middle of the city, but still quiet. We had a separate room which was cozy. Airco worked well. Friendly staff.

Wifi was not always working. There was no night light in the room to read a book in the evening. Only the big light. Pool was clean but it’ more a refreshingpool than one you can swim in

The bed was firm and comfortable with good pillows, the staff were very kind and helpful, b, ut inobtrusive. Wonderful selection of restaurants within a block or two, and yet wonderfully quiet at night.

In the middle of centro/downtown, walking distance most of what downtown has to offer. And just 6-8 min. walk to the ferry (to/from Playa Del Carmen) Nice rooms, and a cozy backyard 10 min walk to AKI and 15-18 min walk to MEGA and Chedraui (Supermarkeds) where you can buy (almost) everything you need

The bedsheets were very uncomfortable and itchy, the bed was creaky and the loose headboard falling forward. The way my room was positioned meant people kept trying to open my door thinking it was the bathroom. Maybe better signage would help this.

Very clean, great service and location. Very good value for money. Only little thing was that for one night the shower didn't have a great stream and there was a problem with the bathroom (which they are attempting to fix). But it was in one room - the other i stayed in was perfect. It is definitely a really good choice, probably the best out of the other places I've seen around

The host are nice, the property is also at a great location. Beautiful greenery & flowers .

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst bed to sleep in. We definitely could not sleep all night. We woke up with a huge back pain and were extremely tired in the morning. Definitely needs to upgrade their beds. The owner was also pretty awkward and rude to us. It was all fine at the beginning- we left and came back and immediately went outside talking about how we did Not close the gate. If you have guests over you should asume that would be an issue if not addressed.

The location and comfort of the place was amazing, this makes it a hotel white easy acces to any side of cozumel, without fortgetting the people of the hotel were really kind.
