Great option for families that enjoy the amenities of a resort but don’t want to be crammed in a hotel room together.

Very spacious and well maintained apartment that enjoys all the facilities of the Novotel. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing

Loved the apartment, very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Was pleasantly surprised that it was within the Novetel Resort with a lovely view of the pool. It had a water dispenser as well which was great, and for a small cost they replaced the 20 lt bottle of water. We will definitely book this apartment again.

We don’t want to complain but just bring a few things to bring to the owners attention so to improve the experience. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly. Either we needed instructions or it needs servicing please. Also we could have done with dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so we could clean up after ourselves. A double adapter in the power point where the water dispenser is would be great so you can use the other appliances at the same time.

Amazing! Great value for money! It recharges my battery!

The apartment is fantastic, big, neat, and super comfortable! The swimming pool is such a charm. We enjoy staying in Ruby or Novotel Nusa Dua. The staff is super friendly as well! I couldn't be happier also with the value of the price! Great stay!

The wifi is super slow! In some specific hours, the wifi does not have an internet connection at all.

Keys was on reception, for family it's good hotel i can recommend. yes it's apartment in hotel area Novotel. Point on google maps is not correct. Free transfer to beach, and from beach, free sunbeds, swimming pool on hotel territory. Yes in the morning because windows on pool side it's noisy children. Pay was by card don't have any issues with that. All personal smiling). All reviews about this appartament are c

wish salty water in swimming pool, if you go outside hotel all area looks dead but it's local area (Bali problem not hotel), and hard to order good food on delivery (also Bali problem not hotel), beach Nusa Dua not for swimming because water flows (also not hotel ussie).

Superb

Novotel is a great hotel within Nusa Dua. This serviced apartment is huge and has everything you and family need. Its nice location by the pool and the hotel grounds are well taken care of. We really appreciate the fabulous service and can't wait to come back.

Would not hesitate to return. Amazing value for money

Beautiful facility which is doing its best to recover from the extended shutdown over the pandemic. The villa is amazing and well appointed. These are ‘Residency’ villas and are only serviced twice weekly (which was fine for us). Self contained and perfect for a couple or small family (two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge and balcony were very comfortable. Traveler hack. Breakfast is not included with these rooms but the breakfast at the Pause cafe on site is amazing and very reasonable. the freshly baked croissants are amazing and the eggs (anyway) with bacon, mushrooms, cheese and tomato (AUD$9) is enough for anyone to start the day!! Great coffee too!

You have full use of the Novotel facilities. Some cosmetic wear and tear from pandemic shutdown is evident but they are working on it. If you see something, let them know and they will address it. All in all we had a comfortable stay and the staff were lovely.

Excellent residence inside the resort

We can utilize almost all novotel htl facilities such as buggy service , taxy rent , bar etc which is excellent

The beach club is not equipped with enough beach facities ... but the location is just perfect with suttle evry 15 minutes from novotel to the beach

No instructions in room. No hot water in kitchen sink. One socket for kettle, toaster and microwave!

Happy to stay here again (if the check in is better aranged)

The room is fine. Also the pool is a joy for kids.

Checking in was bad with the staff being very rude and unhelpfull. They couldn't promise us we would get our room because of a miscommunication between the owners and the hotel. They told us they would send us out because of this, although we showed them our reservation. This miscommunication between the host and the hotel took all day only to finally hear at 1800 that the room was indeed ours to stay.

Great room and facilities.

The room was a great size and had a beautiful view over the pool. Beach a close walk and lovely.

Close to one street of shops and restaurants which was an easy walk, it you need to take a taxi to explore further.

Part of the Novotel with access to all their facilities! Fully self-contained 2 BR 2 bath with a big balcony overlooking the main pool. Food was ok but hotel taxi to the main street is cheap and easy. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a double bedroom with an ensuite apartment, with a good equipt kitchen, a large living area, and a fabulous balcony with a view. I feel that it is a perfect accommodation for a family with children. The included facilities (Ruby Nusa Dua is located in the Novatel) are great and kid orientated. Thank you to all of the friendly lovely staff.

Nothing to complain about, it was a lovely stay.

Perfect hotel living in Bali.

The photos do not do it justice. The space is enormous, the amenities and furnishings are wonderful. The room is located in the front looking over the pool. The convenience of being in the Novotel without the high price tag normally associated with it.

Superb

Fantastic value for money & ideal for families. You are staying at a private residence directly in the Novotel and have access to all of the facilities like any other guest. Pool was directly next to the apartment.

We personally didn't love the resort vibe, but that's a personal preference! The apartment is a little dated, with some wear and tear.

Huge apartment, very value for money.

The apartment was really huge; we were blown away by the size. We knew of the size when we booked it but didn't expect it to be very spacious. We wished we could have stayed there longer. The apartment is actually located within the compounds of Novotel; it's just that it's not owned by Novotel, so it couldn't be advertised with mentions of it. Nevertheless, we could use the hotel facilities, such as the pool and beach. So for the size and facilities, it was really value for money.

Would be nice if bottled drinking water was included. During check in, we were told that bottled drinking water was provided, but we didn't find any in the apartment. So we called the housekeeping and found out there would be additional charge for it. The lights were yellow so they weren't bright enough. So it's not exactly ideal for remote working.

Novotel is a beautiful resort. we enjoyed our stay. the staff was wonderful. I did morning yoga everyday with amazing instructors. kids enjoyed the pool and other activities. the beach was a 5 minute walk, very clean and quiet.

the mattresses were not so comfortable. it created back aches
