Imagine, after your family experiences the refreshing azure waters of the Gulf and sugary sand beaches of Beachaven's private beach and pool, you can catch your breath and relax among the newly remodeled comfort of your own stylish beach house. Completely renovated in 2016 in a charming coastal-industrial style, Beachaven #6 stylishly sleeps a family/group of four, and features all new appliances and furnishings, a washer & dryer at the unit, two large flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, high-top dining for four, breakfast bar with seating for four, a spacious stand-up shower, two twin beds, leather pull-out sofa, and covered parking for one car.

About Beachaven:
Beachaven is a rare gem here on Siesta Key. Whereas most condominiums on Siesta Key are traditional high-rise structures with hundreds of units and complicated grounds, Beachaven is a small, quaint and very charming beach-side community that makes guests feel relaxed, secure, and carefree. The complex is laid out in a simple linear fashion, with a straight shot, short walk to the beach; and because the complex is small, our beach is always un-crowded and feels like your private piece of paradise.

Beachaven boasts one of only a handful of pools on Siesta Key that is actually nestled in the sand, only a few hundred feet from the ocean waters. This means your family can easily step from the pool to the beach and from the beach to the beach with zero hassles and zero cares.

As you stand at the pool and look left and right you will see hundreds of beach-goers, however on your private beach you will see very few. Great property. Beautiful location. Wonderful beach . Nice people staying here, very friendly . Owners very nice and accommodating. Easy check in . Great management . Convenient to restaurants, and shopping . Easy Transpotation around with the free Trolley . Very cute Villa ! Everything we needed.

Everything was exactly as advertised and the owner and manager are extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Siesta Key.

This was our first time staying at this property but we have been visiting Siesta Key for over 30 years. It is our favorite beach spot. The condo and property were fabulous. The condo was well decorated and well equipped. They made great use of the space with lots of storage available. The beach is deep and lightly populated compared to the surrounding properties. We had such a wonderful stay her. Would highly recommend it.

My husband and I are obsessed with this cute little home! It’s beautilly decorated and very clean! The price we paid for this amazing location was so worth it! There’s tons to do and the beach is just a short walk away. We are definitely coming back again! Thank you for the greatest getaway!

This unit is so clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. A well equipped kitchen with lots of storage. Location is close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely return to this unit.

We were over the top thrilled with this rental and thought it was professionally decorated until Chris told us they did it themselves. The built in bar invites you to concoct your favorite cocktail and the gorgeous granite top counters, new appliances...new everything for that matter encourages you to stay in rather than going out to play on the beach! We spent almost every evening on the front porch with cocktails in hand & playing cards all the while being watched by a curious white heron. We lounged at the pool that really is "on the beach" with spectacular views and we didn't have to nudge our way through the crowds of people like you find at all the high rises. How nice is that?! Oh and if you like the night life, just jump on the trolley out front to hit the restaurants, bars and nearby shopping. Another good point...it's ground level so we could walk right in and not deal with stairs or wait on an elevator. This is our new place....thanks so much for helping make it so special!!! See you in October!

Beachaven #6, Siesta Key. A spacious, quiet, warm beachside place to be. Settle in (and everything you might need is there), and head off to the pool and ocean, both a walk away. Welcoming, friendly people. Great manager (Ania) and cooperative, caring and responsive owner (Chris). Charming, Key-West Village nearby. You will have the most memorable time.

We had the most amazing experience during our stay. The Villa was beautifully decorated, attention to detail was on point - it exceeded our expectations. The villa & accompanying carport area was clean and well-kept. The kitchen was gorgeously remodeled, had all the bells and whistles. The Gulf-Side property has a laid back, relaxed vibe. As you sit poolside, you feel like you're sitting right on the beach. The clubhouse by the pool was so convenient, with a full kitchen and bathroom amenities, we were able to hang by the pool all day long, on many occasions. The property manager was on site and available, if needed, though we didn't need to reach out to her during our stay. The owner, Chris, responded quickly during the booking of our stay - made us feel welcome and comfortable by answering all the questions we had up front. We enjoyed visiting Siesta Key Village for meals and shopping - Highlights were Toasted Mango for Brunch and The Hub Baja Grill for Lunch and Dinner! We never had to use our vehicle during our stay, as there is a complimentary trolley that took us everywhere we needed to go on the Key. No wonder Siesta Key has been voted #1 beach, 10 years in a row... We've already booked our return visit to this quaint Gulf-side retreat!
