The unit was just as described, beautiful mountain vistas in a very quiet area, close to the attractions. Modern updates, complete with soaking tub. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again!

This is a built out basement, the owner has invested a lot into the unit, the kitchen and bathroom were especially attractive. Pluses are the unit is gorgeous, Pideon Forge/Servierville are within 15-20 minutes away. 2 drawbacks, i wish there was Wi-Fi and the owner should add some padding to their floors, human and dog noises (walking) interrupted our sleep several times each night.

The apartment is always clean & it is updated. I have stayed here several times & im never disappointed. Frank is very nice. It is very quiet but close to everything in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 dogs. Very pet friendly. Spotlessly clean, great country location within 10-15 minutes of everything. Owners are very responsive to questions. It was an excellent stay.

This is our 4th year to stay with Frank and Debbie. The apartment is perfect as I use a cane. We spent many hours on the patio with our morning coffee and evening wine. The landscape has changed with Frank’s newest venture but we took many drives into our favorite mountains.

This was our 5th year staying here ! Ever since we discovered this hidden gem we have returned every year . ( it is indeed “Our home away from home “) This place is amazing and the host are “THE BEST” & most wonderful people you could ever meet ! We absolutely love it and I can’t recommend it highly enough . They also have another larger property right next door (offered by the same host ) and we have stayed in with a larger group ; It too, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! BOTH of their properties get a 10+ star review all around from us ; We can’t wait to return again next year ! 😇💕💕

The apartment was really nice. The owners had made sure that things were neat and clean. They had everything people needed for a stay there. The view of the mountains was nice. They even had a little dog bed and a couple of dog toys, as well as dog treats, for any dogs people had!! We would stay there again if we go back!!

My husband and I along with our dog Sophie enjoyed our stay at Frank and Debbie’s VRBO. It was well appointed with everything you need for a sweet getaway. This one bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean and even had a doggie bed and treats for Sophie. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy due to the rainy weather that Sevierville was experiencing during our stay. As mentioned by other guests please be aware that the owners live above this apartment and you will at times hear movement/noise in the upstairs residence. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back and visit again. Thank you so much.

This basement apartment is very quiet and spacious with a large kitchen and bath area. This was our second stay and hope to make it a yearly trip. Owner is on site and very responsive to any concerns, a large backyard to walk your dog in. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

This property was really nice. Charming place, very clean with modern accommodations, and plenty of yard space for our dogs. I didn’t realize we’d booked space under the owners. Great, communicative people, but if you or your dogs are light sleepers like us, I don’t recommend booking the space under them. I’d stay again if we could book their other property to the side. Not the owners’ fault, but we could hear them and their dogs walking throughout the night. Even with the TV on we heard every step, the shower running, etc. Made for a sleepless night. One of our dogs is a light sleeper, too, so he was up all night and that made it worse. The only other thing is that the owners’ dogs go outside off-leash. They have electric collars, but that did make us a bit uneasy with our dogs. It wasn’t a problem but it did take us by surprise. It also made the Door Dash driver uneasy. Overall this was a great place. As stated, I’d stay again in the additional property to the side with no one above us.

This was a perfect spot for the 5 nights we needed to spend in the area working with a builder. Hubby had a desk area to work from, the kitchen had everything we needed (the entire apartment did), and the setting was peaceful and close to all amenities like a grocery store. The only issue we had was being woken up a few times by the dogs upstairs. Our dog is afraid of all strange noises so any unexpected noise gets her fretting and unable to sleep. Which means we don’t sleep either. Even with that we would absolutely stay again if we needed to be in the area.
