Located on the shores of Avoca Beach, this apartment is for those who enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beachside charm of this unit is perfectly complemented by immaculately tasteful furnishings and finishes throughout. This two-bedroom unit is the perfect weekender with nothing left to do but kick back and relax. The floor plan encompasses two bedrooms, bedroom one contains queen bed and bedroom two contains 1 x single bed, 1 x single bunk. All linen is provided. There is one bathroom, with combined dining and living area to house a maximum of five guests. The unit is also air conditioned. There is a shared laundry with a washing machine, however, there is no dryer.

This first floor apartment offers headland-to-headland views, with the most perfect northeast aspect out over Bulbararing Bay. The interior of Pacific Court is a contemporary take on your traditional coastal theme, with modern geometric patterns and calm colour tones working together to create a hip beachy vibe.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Fantastic Beach Getaway

You will not regret staying at this property. The apartment is well appointed, has the best view, and literally steps from the beach. At the other side of the property you are across the road from shops and restaurants. So all you need to do is drive into the covered parking space, unpack and relax. No need to move your car for the rest of your stay. Such a relaxing vacation. We will be returning.

Beautiful location.

The property was amazing. Right on the beach and so close to cafes and restaurants. I think the property was the perfect size for my small family of 3. Definitely looking at coming back after winter.

Being right next to the beach and a very short walk to a variety of restaurants made this the ideal spot for a stay. The unit was fresh, comfortable and well appointed with pretty much everything you need and a great view of the beach. Even though the unit was two bedrooms, we found that it was pretty much the right size for a couple and would probably feel a bit cramped with more people (other than younger children). The Central Coast has plenty of attractions and activities to fill in your day when you want a break from lazing on Avoca beach.

Great location & fantastic views

The apartment is located close to shops and cafes and it was great to have access to the beach from the property itself. The view from the balcony is stunning. The downside was that the bedrooms are quite small and I found the bed a little too firm for me.

Excellent property with everything we needed in regards to facilities. The beach being out the back door was a highlight and the area itself was lovely and peaceful.
