Great value-great location-very posh

Loved the theme of the hotel-each room was delightfully decorated. Very central to the historic downtown. A/C in each room kept us very comfortable. Daily breakfast also very convenient.

The concept is good, great location

Better towels, new carpets at the bedroom, the bedroom was not clean as I expected…. The Temperature at the lobby area was not good, they had open the curtains that you were able to see a lot things in a room behind the front desk….

Querky Little Boutique Hotel, a bit tucked away, but within walking distance of the Centre.

Loved being offered a selection of different Tequilas to sample!

Nice traditional style boutique hotel. Centrally located with secure parking.friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was on the ground floor on a street corner.A bar across the street played very loud. tecno music until late. The breakfast was just okay.

Affordable and cute decor but not worth it.

The staff were friendly however not helpful as they needed to call management for practically every question. The breakfast was great and quick. Cute decor and history.

My group and I requested to keep the same rooms as we had a change of plans and needed to stay an extra night. The staff asked the mgmt and they said no because we used Booking.com and not them directly. The place was not sold out and the rooms we were using were available and we even offered to pay the difference of cost so we can leave our stuff in the rooms and they still said no. Super frustrating. The parking is around the corner and inconvienent. They give you a key and don't go with you to open or close it. You need to do it yourself. Very lame. We woke up to a bug in our bed. It looked like a bedbug but we didn't see any bites on us or other evidence on the mattress. There's a club nearby that goes allll night, so don't stay here if you want to sleep. One room we stayed in, didn't even have proper windows so we couldn't close it. We used toilet paper in our ears to block out the noise.

Exceptional

Super friendly personnel, lovely rooms.

Table mats at breakfast were quite dirty... not much effort in making a nice breakfast (basic should not mean that one can't have an extra toast)... you get really a scrambled egg with a tiny portion of beans, a toast and coffee.... tasty but they could put a little more detail and effort on the breakfast.

The property is nice on the surface but the bathroom is kind of basic. Breakfast is too early and basic too. location is nice, though

The lady at the front desk was kind of condescending and nice in a forced way. It’s more like a bed and breakfast and less of a hotel. The light in the bathroom was broken

very regular in my opinion . nothing relevant :/ pretty dessapointing

the structure, but some of the details didn’t match to the concept.

the bread I received when I ordered my breakfast was moldy 🤢 the towels from the bathroom seemed old and used (clean, but used. you could see some fabric threads)

Perfect from beginning to end.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars, museums, shopping and more.

Very good

I liked the property in general. staff was super friendly. anything we needed they were able to accommodate like grabbing us trustworthy taxi, iron to iron our clothes. room had AC which was great cause it was super hot outside. really liked their coffee and home made breakfast. great location walking distance to center. got clean towels everyday. they were able to let us check in.. and when checking out they were able to hold on to our luggage since our flight was later in the day

i did not like the Tv had only one working channel. didn’t really asked staff to fix. bathroom could of been a little cleaner.

Great design, location and the view from the second floor is amaizing

The design of the hotel was amazing, very well located and includes complement parking. Our view from the room was stunning. I really recommend it

Superb

Large comfortable room (Pancho Villa) with fantastic staff looking after us (we had a 6.30am taxi and they had coffee and toast available to us). Lovely location only 5 mins from the centre with a beautiful view out our window of the Centro Cultural Quinta Gameros.

AC didn't work that well meaning our room remained quite warm at night
