This newly renovated cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, king bed and double spa bath - relax and enjoy your stay. An EV charger has been recently added. It is adjacent to the racecourse, close to a number of the region's best wineries, fine food dining, cafes, and amazing golf courses. Interaction with guests - Majella and Simon are happy to recommend activities and places to visit - like a walk to Phillip Shaw Winery, or biking routes. We are happy to interact as much, or as little, as you would like. Other things to note From the cottage, Orange town centre is only 3km, Phillip Shaw Winery and the Racecourse are within walking distance (1.5 km) for active visitors. There is easy access to a number of the region's great fine food restaurants, numerous coffee shops, cool climate wineries, Orange Regional Art Gallery, Mount Canobolas, and Wentworth and two great golf courses. Melaleuca Cottage is on a 5 acre block which also has a main house which shares the main driveway. Strategically placed hedges, double glazed windows and a bush outlooks provide great privacy.
