Lower level of condo with private entrance. One standard bedroom and a large studio bedroom. Includes a full private bath. The studio room has two twin beds, a flat screen Roku TV, microwave, and coffee maker. Evenflo high chair supplied. There is a refrigerator but NO STOVE. One guest must be 25 yr old or older with their credit card with HOMEAWAY/VRBO. One parking permit for one vehicle. You are staying in the ground floor of a condo and it is your private space just for VRBO. Please don’t hang towels or laundry on the deck Welcome......
Public Beaches are in other communities around us, as is golf .. Incline is now just for locals and long termed rentals.

The location of this place is fine - not in the most popular part of Tahoe but there are good food and coffee options very close by and access to the lake is within 20 minutes. Parking and check-in is easy (although directions were confusing - we found it, but the explanation of how to get to the unit was not terribly clear). The unit has a little back porch area, so you can sit outside or get fresh air in - that is nice - and we appreciated the reclining sofa and having enough sleeping space for 4. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd, though, as is the decor (looks a bit like the owners asked all of their relatives for whatever furniture, rugs, blankets, etc that they weren't using and then threw it all into the apartment. Quite the odd mishmash of items) and the bedroom smells a bit musty. None of that was a deal-breaker, though, and the price was reasonable, so if you have a small family and not a huge budget, you should certainly consider it.

This was a very comfortable stay. It was very easy to find and access to the property was easy with Dene’s instructions. My review overall is 4 out of five, not for anything wrong with the place, but simply because there is a little room for improvement. I’d stay again as is. The big bed was so comfy, but I have mild mobility problems so I struggled a bit getting on it. I’m tall and I imagine a shorter person would have difficulty too. I suggest a small step stool next to the bed. The day bed/trundle and loveseat would be great for families with kids. Towels and linens were clean though of mixed quality. The UGG throw was luxurious and special. I would have liked more touches like that. I have ordinary at home. The kitchen supplies were basic and minimal, but enough. We found everything we needed to prepare our picnic meals so not having a stove wasn’t an issue. An assortment of old sponges under the sink was off putting and I found it both convenient and weird that the ice trays were full. They looked a little dirty on top, so we dumped them out, washed the trays, and made fresh. The decor was homey, but could use an update. It felt a little like I was staying at an aunt’s house while she was away. That’s a good, comfortable feeling, and I appreciate individual taste, but I personally prefer my VRBO experience to be a bit above the ordinary. Just a few small changes would bring this stay to a five out of five, but value for your money is spot on! Good job Dene! Thanks!

The property is clean but was not as described. This was a 1 bedroom with another bed in the main living area. It is comparable to a run down dorm room. The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for.

This is our second winter staying here and it perfectly fits what we are looking for in a family ski trip. Dene is a fantastic host. The condo is homey, well stocked, and short drive to Diamond Peak and Raley's plaza. Neighborhood was quiet with easy parking.

Nice condo in a good location. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. Multiple restaurants, cafes, grocery - all nearby. Parking is easy and the community is quiet and nice. Would definitely book again.

The apartment is in a nice location but needs updating. Things were broken. The slider wouldn’t close, there weren’t any doors on the closets and a stove would have been nice. Also it wasn’t a 2 bedroom. For the price it’s not bad. The hostess was very attentive to us when we needed her.

Nice condo unit in incline village with earth walk and visitor center next door. Quick drive to kings beach which was $10 for parking or go south to sand harbor which is $15 for parking. Also walking distance from a brewery and other shops. All together the condo and location is great quiet. Will rent this again if I get the chance. Thanks to the nice host who was very responsive to our questions

Dene really went above and beyond for us with this reservation. There were storms making the roads terrible at the time our original trip was to be. Dene called and offered to let us change the dates even though the reservation had passed the grace period. We actually rescheduled twice for the same reason. What gracious hospitality. Property is close to town and quite convenient. Thank you, Dene!

Dene was very communicative from ths beginning and even reached out during our stay to warn us about weather/road conditions since we were there in the middle of a snow storm! The property was very clean and was in the perfect location for my group since we hit Diamond Peak Resort right across the street! Parking was easy and convenient for loading/unloading ski gear and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will look to stay again if we come back to tahoe soon!

I enjoyed staying here. The space is way bigger than pictures and so worth the price I payed for. Dene was absolutely great communicating with me she was very prompt to respond and very kind. I had been to Lake Tahoe before but joy to north Lake Tahoe it was just about 40 minutes drive to South Lake Tahoe which was not bad. Neighbors were also very friendly I hope if I go back dene could host us again :)) it helped she had a high chair as I took my one year old very cozy place

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was super clean, and was just as pictured. Dene was very responsive throughout our stay! The bed was comfortable, and it was such a great area!!! Would definitely come back! My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere for those who are going to formal events and need to check out their outfits!! :)
