Una vera indecenza, da evitare in assoluto!

Proprio nulla

Pulizia inesistente, scarafaggi per la stanza, senza luci nei comodini, per fare luce in camera da letto o per spegnerla bisogna alzarsi dal letto per premere l'unico interruttore che si trova a metà della stanza. I materassi sono scomodissimi pieni di gobbe. La maniglia della porta/doccia con presenza di muffa all'interno. La doccia sporca agli angoli delle pareti. Il gabinetto è cieco. Il cortiletto antistante la camera è in condizioni di abbandono e sporchissimo. I proprietari o conduttori del B§B non sono degnati di incontrarci anche solo per un saluto di arrivo e neppure per la partenza, senza assicurasi di come ci siamo trovati. La colazione al bar con un caffè o un capuccino e al massimo un cornetto e trattati con insofferenza dai gestori.

Struttura semplice ma con tutto il necessario, ottimo il condizionatore in camera.

Comodo e accogliente

Accogliete, pulito e host gentile e amichevole. Vicino alla stazione Lido e all’università Mediterranea. Il bar convenzionato è ottimo, aperto sin dalla mattina presto fino alla sera.

Parking nearby on the street (free). Hot by aircon, spacious room, not so far from centre! Self chech in. For the price offered - very good!

Huésped no cumple normas

Al desalojar el establecimiento, realice sugerencias de mejora directamente a la persona con quien coordiné mi estadía. Minutos después me llega notificación qué podría tener cargos por no haberme presentado en la fecha.

Mis sugerencias fueron: colocar papel higiénico como lo mencionó su anuncio estaba incluido, colocar al menos 2 toallas para adultos, al saber que éramos 2 clientes y que la calefacción no funciona.

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!!

Great value for money! Huge room. Typical Italian breakfast is served at a coffee shop nearby. Supermarket close to the property. Parking lot for free, on the street, in front of the apartment. Shared kitchen available. Air conditioner working properly. Hostess was polite and helpful. Overall, highly recommended for 36 euros per night in June!!!!!

The communication with the hostess was a bit difficult, especially on the phone, since she spoke only Italian, but we managed after all.

Comfortable room, very clean, also the bathroom was very clean. It was such a pleasant stay!! Coffe is served at a very nearby bar. It is in walking distance from the city centre, so it is a good choice to stay there. Thank you!

I set an appointement for check-inn and nobody was there. I rang at the neighbour door to enter the building and the owner was 30 minutes late. Wifi and TV didn't work.

Very friendly Hosts :) I found a parking lot in front of apartment Super clean and modern!

Wifi sometimes not working or weak signal in my room. Breakfast was really disappointing. They asked me if croissant is fine and i said yes but everything else was packed in plastic and there were no fresh fruits or fresh bread or cheese... Owners don't speak english. Busy street for parking

Comfortable room with very clean and specious bathroom. Good location - quite area but near the city center.

It will be good to add some cutlery to the kitchen (e.g. knife to cut bread).
