Excellent base for touring Kerry area, lovely property too!

Everything you require and needed was at this property, some little extras on arrival were provided too, ie butter, preserves,bread, coffee and tea ect. Thank you Jane !!!

Very comfortable stay Poppyfield House whilst visiting Kerry.

This house is very spacious, homely and well equipped. The host is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, she added a delightful non intrusive personal touch to our stay. We had one very wet day whilst staying here so we appreciated having the lovely town of Kenmare quite close by where we could enjoy a morning coffee in an excellent French patisserie, looking in galleries and interesting shops. After our exploration of Kenmare we really appreciated being able to relax in the comfortable conservatory at Poppyfield House. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a plus, as is having a washing machine. We would highly recommend this property when visiting Kerry, very easy access to the Ring of Kerry

Poppyfield House is a wonderful house situated just outside Kenmare township but an easy drive.

Large property - easily suitable for 3 couples with plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms, cooking facilities and a washing machine - everything you need for travelling.

Great place to stay

That was a great stay there, at first thought it was just a room, but then it's a whole house for really cheap price. The owner even bought some cookies and coffee with partly filled fridge. Awesome experience

Exceptional

Super comfortable house and friendly host. We had the entire house to ourselves - 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is located right on the Ring of Kerry and on a clear night, it's a great spot for star gazing!

Perfect location - set well back off the main road thus minimising noise from passing traffic.

It was rent only, but the the host left lots of basic items of food for us on arrival.

Excellent

The description doesn’t do it justice. We had the whole house, 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite), in a beautiful location. Well equipped, and lots of extras in the fridge.

everything is in order aside from the heating of the house, it would be nice if you extended the time of the heating as it was a bit cold during the evening time

The house was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable and the location was perfect for us as we attended a wedding at nearby Dromquinna manor
