Great place, great location, great rooms!

Location was great, staff was super friendly and helpful, pool and rooms were clean!

Great location, great price, & great breakfast.

I loved the location. It was beside a plaza where you could shop, a bowling alley was across the street, & the beach was across the street as well just about a mile or so. The breakfast was also great.

I didn’t like that the toilet made a noise the entire stay.

Great location, staff, breakfast bar and the rooms were clean.

The location was prime for my family

We got stuck in the elevator, luckily we were on the third floor. We chose not to use the elevator the rest of our duration. Also the pool was open but not use worthy cause it needed to be cleaned along with the hot tub.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Our room was perfect for 2 couples. Had the bathroom between the 2 beds making separate sleeping rooms with a door on one and each space had their own tv! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were quiet! Not one of those under the window heat/ac units. All the staff were very nice! The breakfast hostess was amazing, working so hard to keep everything clean and fresh and she is so nice everyone loves her!

The washer and dryer was $4.00 each and it took twice $8.00 to dry one load

Staff was helpful. But I think they were short-staffed.

Booking.com didn't tell them we were coming. We ended up getting the issue resolved, but that was potentially a catastrophe.

2 night stay and I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel!

It was on the beach and within walking distance of a lot of activities for families and friends.

It was absolutely disgusting! Through and through! The check in area, the rooms, the pool, around the entire building!

In bad mood I was tired instead I had to wait on clean bed linen.

Filthy bed linen just disgusting with hair and stains. When I called they should of took some percent off.

When we come back to Destin we would definitely consider staying at the Best Western again!

It is very close to retail shops and restaurants.

Best Western Sugar Sands and Suites definitely wasn't a good place to sleep

The hotel was in a great location.

I complained to the hotel staff about the loud noise coming from the room above mine which made it impossible to get any sleep. I stayed 4 nights and this occurred each night. I even asked the hotel staff to send someone to our room at 12:55am just to personally witness the loud stomping on the floor, dragging chairs, wrestor whatever they were doing but the staff would not come. They said that they called that room which only made the noise louder and intentional. Also the policy about not cleaning the room unless you put the door hanger out requesting it before 8:00 am is ridiculous.consideribg the fact that I couldn't get any sleep during the night I was sleep at 8:00 am. We put the hanger out no later than 9:00 or 9:30 and stayed 4 night and did not get the room cleaned once. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and had to empty garbage. Bad experience.

Clean, cozy, upgraded rooms for the best rates in Destin

I loved how big the two room suite was, it was clean, cool, and very comfy. I noticed it had been remodeled since our last visit and everything looked upgraded, the tv was larger and the floors were wood instead of carpet.

The only thing I didn't like is that I wish you had a king room/suite and maybe a bigger mini fridge. We ordered a pizza and it was really hard to store the leftovers.

Breakfast staff was nice.

Thermostat in room wasn't connected to AC unit. Trash outside was always overflowing. Room did not seem to have enough lighting. Curtains wouldn't close all of the way. I found a paper clip hanging from it so someone else couldn't get it to close either.

Best Hotel we have ever stayed at in Destin, and we enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and made my drive shorter. The rooms were very clean, and smelled really nice. We have visited Destin FL several times, and stayed at different hotels. Our stay at Best Western was by far the best experience we have ever had.
