We use this establishment every time we go to Rockport for fishing trips. We will continue to do so.

Service was great. Very friendly. Management ended up compensating us for the insect incident in our room.

A 4 inch roach was in the bathroom and had to be chased down and killed. The wife was not happy.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It smelled so fresh and clean every time we walked into the hotel.

The front desk people were helpful and so friendly. The breakfast was good too! The kids loved the pool.

The bathroom in the hotel lobby was dirty on Sunday. No toilet paper! It was really clean Friday and Saturday, but not on Sunday.

I will look for hiltons to stay at in future, hope different locations will have better beds.

The room was clean, staff was professional and friendly, had good breakfast and plenty of options. Good job.

Beds. Beds were nicely set up however the bed was hard! Didnt get much rest unfortunatly and thats cause I was exhausted from the day and night.

They didn't have our reservation even though we had confirmation number and pin number. Were lucky they had a room available for us. And got charged more! Won't use booking again will deal directly with hotels from now on!

Not a good stay

Location wasn't bad.

Was charged more than what the amount was quoted. Mold in sink and bathtub drains. Beds are hard, pool had mold on bottom and was dirty.

We were not there for the food, employee's were great and will come back.

The breakfast was awful, I brought my mother for a little stay back in June and she tried the breakfast one morning and that was it, we went out to eat breakfast. Maybe instead of offering breakfast just give a discount in the room pricing.

only the breakfast, sorry but I just did not care for any of the items offered.

Always prefer staying @Hampton due to our nightly fishing! It’s by far one of the cleanest establishments we visit&

The beds were nice and pillows soft, good breakfast options on different days. Very clean room. The gym was very clean.

There was no internet or tv (cable)at the time of my stay. kinda sad that I went for a mini vacation for my birthday and it was so boring with no tv or internet. I thought they had a hot tub but it’s a kids pool not a hot tub.

The hotel staff were polite and professional. The few booths just outside the dining area were a nice option for a bit of privacy and provided charging stations. There are ample parking spaces.

When we checked in our room was still occupied with clothes out and suitcases on the bed. On one day during our stay we were not able to enter from one of the side entrances with our room key. Another guest was having the same issue. We had to walk around to the front of the hotel to enter. However management was very quick to apologize, address and correct these issues.

didn’t provide daily room cleaning service. a COVID hangover!! coffee wasn’t 24/7. several times I got some it was cold. one desk attendant said, “I haven’t made it yet” but it had been that way for a couple hours
