Great atmosphere, nice people, great food

So Much I loved about this place, The view was amazing. The rooms were very clean, ond omg The bath products were so fantastic smelled good and lest me feeling like a million bucks..lol and they had zero chemicals or dyes so important for my 8 year old daughter with sensitive skin. The breakfast was amazing the omelettes were the best part. also the beach was only like 2 mins walk minus the trip down the elevator so maybe 4mins in total. The Beach chairs were a nice complimentary add on u do have to pay for an umbrella on the beach though 15$ cash for all day isn't to bad but we honestly didn't even get one we didn't need it. Overall the housekeeping and the staff were all so nice and informative. If people have an issue with Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach is has to be them and not the hotel. We did also have dinner and lunch there 2 times during our 4 night stay and the burgers and fries are the best, the swordfish omg yum, and the fried calamari, my 8 year old had the grilled chicken and broccoli along with the burger and fries she told me i need to ask the chef for his grilled chicken recipe because his is better than mine.......LOL RUDE.

the construction going on between 9-5 and they didn't inform u of this until you check in no information was given about this prior to booking. other than the noise it was an amazing stay I would definitely stay again but maybe when they are done remodeling.

Caribbean vibes in Florida.

I loved the location.. since we were unable to go to the Caribbean as planned this was second best with the ocean vibes and clear blue waters. The beach chair service was also a plus! 2 chairs, a table, and umbrella brought right to us. I love how quiet the room was! The breakfast every day was a good option. The gym was clean and equipment well maintained. The pool was very clean as well as all the chairs and tables. The pool side food and drink service was great addition to the vacation vibe! Lilianna was so sweet and attentive. This place was just the little slice of relaxation that my husband and i needed. I also appreciated the quick feed back by text from hotel staff when i had a quick question!

I didn't like the balconies, too small, needed cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast should have other options beside pork (sausage, bacon) every day. There should be water dispenser on the floors if we were only provided 2 bottles of water each day. I had to go the pool side multiple times a day to get more fresh water.

We had a great weekend!

The suite was quite roomy and clean. Staff texted me everyday to make sure all was well. Free cocktails too:-) The beach is right across the street...crowded but quite beautiful. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

It was very hard to find a lounge chair by the pool. Many lounges remained empty, with towels thrown on them, for hours. Also there was a little construction going.

Hilton Embassy Suites is always the best way to go for comfort, relaxation, & fun.

We loved or stay. We will definitely be returning. we loved having two bathrooms, living room & bedroom. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable. Our Omelet chef was amazing & fun to talk too. The entire staff were so sweet & kind. everyone was happy to help. The location is perfect. Beach front just Gorgeous as well as the pool area. We didn't wanna leave.

I honestly can't say there was anything I didn't like except for the long line waiting to get our breakfast Omelet, but what can you do? They're so good!

Everything especially Breakfast included they have an egg station with a chef to cook to your specific 😋 We actually booked from Wednesday till Friday but loved it so much we stayed another night I recommend this resort to all Especially Families

1st timers

The suite has 2 bathrooms. That was very convenient. Rooms have been renovated. Bed was super comfy. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

Elevator not going to 4th floor. We just happened to be on that floor. Lobby under renovation, gym under renovation. Pool area could use updating. Pricey for partial view. Thought I got partial view through booking.com but was up charged at hotel. Asked that room be cleaned was told OK but had to ask again next day.

The pictures dont reflect the hotel . Pictures are too good for the place . Everything is run down dirty and old looking . Rooms have to be renovated . Old looking but the worst is the lying on the pictures!

Great location, breakfast and happy hour! once fully done with remodeling will be amazing.

the rooms were very nice and modern. The location was amazing right across street from beach a very short walk. Breakfast was really good and complimentary. Pool service nice and really loved happy hour 2 free drinks per adult and snacks. a very pleasant surprise.

The loud noise while relaxing at the pool for remodeling. The many workers utilizing the elevators and walking around. The lobby was also being remodeled. The parking fee of $29 was egregious and was hidden in booking.com description. I did not know and was not happy about that. Especially considering it’s the property’s own garage and I parked it myself. The room description was VERY misleading stating 2 room 2 bath. It was one room with a living room. I thought we would have some privacy but we could not. A bit pricy including parking.

Great, peace and perfect

Room was very clean and well presented and love the breakfast as well beach was awesome. Overall all your staff was great and answered all question that was asked. It was awesome view from my room

The happy hour. I wish if you guys had 6pm to 8pm or at least 6pm to 7.30pm for the happy hours that would be really great. It would make more sense.
