The property was awesome! The house was spacious, clean & in a very quiet neighborhood. We took an Uber downtown when necessary since parking can be a challenge downtown. Highly recommended this property!

This home was awesome!! We were all very happy with the aesthetic and cleanliness. The hosts were responsive and very kind. The location was only a 5-10 minute drive to wherever we were going.
I highly recommend this space and I will rent again if I come back :)

This place was perfect our group of 9! The house was very clean and was just as pictured. We loved the “Nashville looks good on you” mural in the garage. It made for great photo ops! The house was about 2 miles from Broadway. We ended up Ubering to and from which was about $10 each way. Chad was easy to get a hold. The check in process was super smooth and we were even able to check in a little early. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This property is very close to mostly all of the Nashville atractions. There is only a $7.00 Uber ride to Broadway. Nashville raceway Geodis Stadium, and Nashville Fairgrounds are all in walking distance of the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was accurate with what we were provided when we arrived. Very clean and well maintained. Great communication with the host. Very comfortable bedding and plenty of space for everyone in the living room.
My husband and I walked to Geodis Park for a game and it was a blast!! We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

My family and I were very pleased with the accommodations. Clean, beautiful home. Thoughtfully stocked like having 12 place settings, glasses, etc. I recommend bringing a sleep mask because some bedrooms have large windows.
We went to a soccer match and you can’t find a better location since this is right next to Geodis Stadium. It was great not having to worry about parking and also getting home quickly and easily after the game. Loved have two parking spots in a garage.

The house was the perfect space for 9 women! Plenty of room to sleep and the 4 bathrooms were a plus for everyone getting ready for the day. The location was in a great spot and we were able to Uber everywhere for cheap prices. There were some cute, local spots if we wanted to walk but the downtown area was within a 10 minute car ride. The house was clean, bright and accurately displayed on the listing. The host was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described in the listing. Grateful for the ground-level bedroom/bathroom. The stairs are a legit workout, but just don't forget your things upstairs too many times and you'll be fine. Enjoyed the balcony at night, the area was quiet during our stay.

A couple of our kids and grandkids met here to see a soccer game and visit Nashville over the Memorial Day weekend.
The soccer stadium is right behind the condo and just a very short walk away. You can't beat it for convenience! It was also very easy to get to the sites and parks downtown.
The unit was very clean and well stocked with helpful items such as coffee, kitchen supplies and toiletry items.
We also enjoyed some time with the grandkids in the school playground which is just across the street.
We had a great visit and highly recommend it.

This townhouse was the perfect stay for our group of 8. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house is in a great location, just minutes away from everything we did. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make our trip special!

You cannot go wrong booking this house for your stay in Nashville! The house is beautiful, clean, and just a short Uber ride to everywhere! We had a group of 8 girls and there was plenty of space for all of us - and every one commented on how comfortable their beds were. I will definitely be coming back to Nashville, and I will definitely be booking this house again!

This property was a perfect fit for our family and friends. We had a party of 6 adults celebrating 2 birthdays. The property was beautifully furnished. We had all the amenities we needed. The two car garage was a plus. The property was a short Uber/drive to downtown Nashville. Communication with the property manager went well.

There were four of us staying for a conference. We had absolutely everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Modern design and furnishings.
