There is a staff member named Angelika, she is amazing! Very welcoming, kind, respectful and polite. She assisted me and my sister with everything and even advised us on the local restaurants where we could get some food. She made our stay comfortable and easy, which is what we needed. God bless her, she is an angel.

I disliked the fact that there is no kettle or iron in the rooms and I hated paying for parking which is £10 per night. That is alot of money especially after paying for the room. If I added the money for parking to the money of the room, I am sure I could get a better hotel with free parking.

Just wanted a bed for the night after a night out in Reading with work mates. Cheap and cheerful. Clean, bed OK

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Room is mimalistic and modern, clean and functional. Parking good as I am on a motorbike. At the time of booking I recieved 15% off! Great for central Reading

Room was very small and could benefit from more places to put things on, as there are no shelves, or even a small table. I had to put my helmet and some other things on the floor. Location was ok for central reading but for anywhere could be a challenge.

Broken floorboard and leaking shower facilities in the room, the parking was very tight and minimal. The room was in fact considerably smaller than appeared and the TV was horrendously angled

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have done more to make our stay nice. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service !!!
