The booking process was simple and straightforward. All costs were known up front. The customer reps were very helpful when needed. The rental unit was clean and well kept. The only issue was a broken leg on one of the chairs for the dining table. We discovered it on our first full day and reported such to Brooks & Shorey via a phone call. The only property issue was one of the elevators was not working. Wait times were longer but not significant. I would recommend this management firm and property.

This condo is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is extremely worn out and falling apart, especially the bedroom dresser drawers. I love Pelican Isle Property, but would not stay in this particular condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 214. We had the best time introducing our 2 yr old to the beach. Only derogatory thing we had to say was the living room furniture could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Brooks and Shorey are a professional operation. We received timely emails, and phone calls, that kept us up to date but at the same time did not smother our inboxes. Once there the room was clean with a great view of the beach. I am a coffee drinker and was pleased to see a coffee maker that took both ground coffee and K-pods even though it wasn't described as such.Over all, I would stay at Pelican Isle again and use Brooks and Shorey again.

Nice condo
Very nice condo. It is right above pool so was pretty loud at night when pool was full. If you went to front of condo in bedroom you couldn’t hear pool just loud in living room area.

- Bedsheets were likely not changed, full of sand
- Dirty dishes in the cabinets
- It looks like the air filter has never been changed, the room had a musty odor to it.

Great spot for families right on beach
It was a great spot for our family to relax and recharge! We got to explore the beach, museums, and fun amenities nearby (go karts, mini golfing, hiking). Loved sipping coffee on balcony and listening to waves. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. There are nice, casual restaurants within a mile or two. Would go back!

Yearly get-away
We enjoyed the much needed rest. Condo and location was great. Only recommendation I would give is update the furniture in the living room. The cushions were constantly sinking into the hide-a-bed frame. And it would have been nice to have a smart TV. There was not a lot of choices in the local channels. But that was not a reflection on the condo as a whole. Because it was very clean and very nice.

Place was clean and as described.
We left it the same way we found it.
All towels and such were washed.
The dishes were washed.
Everything was put away.
Had dinnerware and pots and pans, plastic garbage bags and tp.
