Second time staying here. Fit our large family get together great!

Our family had a great time staying at the pool house. So close to the beach and something for all ages. Owners very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We plan to come back!

This is an absolutely beautiful property in an amazing location, big enough for 3 generations of our family to gather and incredibly comfortable for everyone. We hope to be lucky enough to return someday!

The house has so much to offer from bedrooms to entertainment no one was ever bored! The kitchen is perfect with two islands open to the huge living-dining room. The indoor pool was a big hit as was the game room. What an amazing place!

Amazing home located at south end of Manzanita. The home is very spacious and great for large groups with something for every age group.

This place was perfect for family getaways and special gatherings with friends. If rather than a busy vacation, if you prefer to spend quality time together with your friends and family, this is the place for you. There is no reason you would have to leave this house. We had 14 total people stay and we never once felt crowded in the least. There were always different people doing different activities all throughout the house, and I think we used all the amenities too. The pool, the sauna, the hot tub, the pool table, arcade, pop-a-shot, the huge kitchen with the double island, the massive kitchen table, the huge wrap around couch, and the theater room that was virtually soundproof…even an elevator for our friend who walks with a cane…this place had everything we could have ever hoped for all in one place. Even 3 washers and dryers in the laundry room! Definitely going back again!

Worth it! Great space for large groups, location on beach can’t be beat - very impressive.

I have rented homes for 30 years or so. For the first time the property was better than the pic. So well equipped and clean. Large fridge and stove. The view was grand. Didn’t hurt that it was 62 degrees and no wind. And it had a elevator. Yes, it was wonderful. The pool was fun . We want to come back.

This clean, well-appointed property helped us have a wonderful time on our family reunion trip. These owners have thought of everything! The elevator was so valuable to our family member who is mobility impaired. The one improvement I would value is an updated, more accurate listing. I dragged beach towels, TP, and paper towels from home, but there were plenty of each in the house. Luckily I brought Kleenex even though it wasn’t listed, because there was none there. That’s very minor though. The house is wonderful and I would highly recommend it!

House is on a quite stretch of the beach, but within a short walking distance to the town and local food/grocery store. Family ranging from 1-65yrs enjoyed this house as there was something for everyone. The theater room is amazing! And the pool was a hit with the kids! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect house for a large group.

Location, location, location. Perfectly situated at the end of a block with spectacular and expansive views of magnificent Manzanita beach (accessible via a short pathway over the dune), it’s hard to imagine a more picturesque location for a vacation home. Although the Swim-Ex pool was out of order when we were there, the house itself was otherwise as advertised, with a spacious and comfortable great room, well-equipped kitchen, and a massive dining room table that comfortably accommodated our group of 11 ranging in age from 8 to 80. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, shooting hoops in the game room, gathering around the fire pit after dinner, and winding down with movies in the supremely comfy theater room. Nate and Brigid thoughtfully created videos explaining how to operate different systems in the house and were quick to respond to every question and request. The town of Manzanita itself is a gem – and a great launching pad for exploring the scenic Oregon Coast, which offers nearby hiking, limitless beachcombing adventures, a tour of the Tillamook cheese and ice cream factory, and opportunities to taste superlative Oregon wine. At the end of the day, we were always happy to return to the house and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the deck off the great room. All in all, a fantastic vacation in a magical place.

House was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the theater room and game rooms! We will definitely be back!

This house is perfectly appointed for a group of adult friends, or a large family. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The furniture is very comfortable, kitchen is completely outfitted with chef’s complete requirements. The movie room is the perfect way to end the day after watching the sunset by the fire pit. Oregon state parks are outstanding, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, horseback riding very close by. Reserve this property now!

We spent 1 week in this beautiful home. It was rainy, it was sunny, it was windy, it was perfection. Could not ask for a better place to get a group together and enjoy all that Oregon Coastal life has to offer.

We were meeting for grandmothers 90th. The home and location were off the charts. Brigid and Nate were so helpful!

This is a beautiful property. If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay here, do it. It's new, luxurious and comes with lots of fun things to do. Communication is quick and responsive to whatever we needed. We hope to be able to go back.

This property offered everything and more! From the sauna to the well-stocked kitchen, we were all able to full relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and fresh energy. The photos didn’t go the house justice. It was perfect for a weekend retreat.

Beautiful house and view

Lovely location for relaxing or for many activities without ever having to leave the house!

Super awesome vacation house. We ended up staying during a big storm, so we were stuck inside for a day or two which was fine since the house has plenty of indoor activities to keep you going. The theater room was a big hit. The indoor pool/swim spa wasn't working while we were there, and it may be out of order for some time, but was still fun to cool off in after the sauna.

We had such a wonderful stay and the property was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything you could want or need and was well supplied for hosting a large group. We appreciated that each of the rooms had large comfortable beds for the couples and also a “kid” room with lots of bunk beds for the cousins to sleep in. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and offered prompt responses to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this property and would absolutely be back for another visit.

Loved it!

A great getaway retreat with just epic sky, dunes, and ocean views from this house. Plenty of space for group activity, cooking, sauna, hot tub with super easy beautiful beach access. We did yoga and meditation right on the sunny beach in January and enjoyed sunsets from the amazing deck at this house. Also indoor yoga, music and meditation space with a talent show in the theater room :D. Thank you Brigitte and Nate for hosting us. We'll be back.

We love this house for our group. Well equipped kitchen for those of us who love to cook. The movie room is comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Everything about this home is PERFECT from booking to leaving. Communication, friendliness and helpfulness is top notch from this owner. They truly care about their guest, as well as, their property.

We had a wonderful time at The Pool House. The home was clean & well-stocked, & the location was excellent. We enjoyed watching the stormy beach from the huge windows in the great room. All guests said their beds were very comfortable. The movie theater room was an awesome feature as well. We’ll plan to stay here again next time we’re booking a beach trip. We rented this place for a long weekend for three families (5 adults, 6 kids from age 2-14) and it was great! A nice choice for a winter stay as you do not need sunny weather to have a good time. The kids loved the game room and pool and the adults loved the hot tub and comfortable main space with amazing views of the dunes (and the ocean and hills when the fog lifted). We liked it so much we booked it again for next year while we were still there! Only a few minor (easily fixable) misses: 1. Would have been nice to have more towels (beach and bath); 2. Would be nice to have more hooks in every bathroom, in the pool area, and by the hot tub for towels, clothes, etc.; and 3. Would be nice if the pool were a few degrees warmer. Overall, a clear 5 star stay!
