This apartment was very cute. It is in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to the beach and old town. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly.

Everything was amazing. Incredibly convenient location to both old town, the beach, and nearby markets. Very spacious apartment with plenty of beds, even though we only used 1. The view was spectacular. Super easy check in and out. We loved this location so much I would easily recommend it to my friends.

This is an adorable apartment near Old Town and Banje Beach. The Balcony of the master bedroom has an incredible view of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. It was So Relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy. Marija the host was very helpful and gave us tips for our visit in Dubrovnik.

We really enjoyed this apartment. It is close to the old city and very comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Short walk down to old town or along road to the cable car. Lovely view over the Adriatic. Very clean. Welcoming and attentive owners. Efficient AC particularly upstairs.

Marija and her family made us feel so welcome. The property is less than 5 minutes from the Old Town and Banje Beach. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik and liked Marija's apartment. The apartment is close to old port and old town and there are restaurants, bars and grocery stores close by. Marija was a great host.

The apartment was nice and clean, and was within walking distance to the entrance to the fort. Marija was very helpful with check in, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and told us where the nearest stores were, etc. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A great home with room for seven people just minutes from the town and the Banje beach. Two bathrooms and a wonderful Terrace overlooking the town. Air conditioning in upstairs rooms as well as downstairs. Dubrovnik is a fantastic town and this location was perfect. Be prepared to walk up some stairs to get there from town but that is just the way the town is designed and this home was closer than most. Also a short walk away from cable car to top of mountain where there is also an easy airline shuttle bus for only $6. The owner lives in home below and met us even at 10:00pm when we arrived to show us the home. Very friendly and welcoming. You definitely want to stay here if coming to Dubrovnik!

My husband & I (who are in our sixties) stayed here for 3 nights June 3-5, 2018. This apartment we stayed in sleeps at least 6 people, but it might be a little cozy since there are only 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us though. The air conditioning worked very well downstairs. The upstairs not quite as good but that's to be expected. We didn't spend much time up there anyway since the master bedroom & one bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything but a dishwasher, but we didn't use many dishes. We just had breakfast & lunch there & ate out for dinner. There was a market nearby & the old town was about a 10 minute walk. However, the shortest way there required taking many stairs. There was a very nice restaurant toward the bottom of the stairs called Horizont--great food & reasonably priced. Most of the restaurants in the old town were very pricey. Also, the manager was very nice & helpful.

Apartment Paco it's just beautiful. It has all what one needs for a long and short stay. It has a grocery store nearby and a real nearby beach. The hostess it's great. She has provided us with all the we needed, including tips and tricks to tour around the city. Even after leaving the keys to us she has been always been available for us. Looking forward to visit the town again !

Lovely apartment with great view of Dubrovnik and sea. Marija was a great help to me in helping me plan our visit to Dubrovnik. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

We were 4 older adults on vacation. The apartment is comfortable and clean and furnished adequately. The best things about the apartment are: 1)Host, Marija (Maya) lives in the same building - both she and her husband are very nice and helpful, 2) You can walk to the old town in 5 minutes, and 3) the area is residential and felt very safe to walk even at night. The master bedroom has a small outdoor balcony that can seat 4 with a view of old town and the sea and we enjoyed some time sipping our wine in the evening. The apartment is in an older building, as are others in the area. It is basic and comfortable and had enough room for us for the vacation stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and has a sloped ceiling with windows on the room that can be opened for ventilation. This is kind of cute but also has very low ceiling on one end of the room. The third bedroom has one single bed. I think there is a sofa bed too. The house is air conditioned. Marija is very prompt in responding to messages and phone often within minutes. She reserved a taxi for us the airport and her husband came out at 4 am to make sure it worked out fine! We enjoyed our stay at Marija's Dubrovnik apartment.
