This unit is perfectly located in the complex. It is close to the elevator, parking and the pool. The views are breathtaking with a colorful sunset each night. A nature trail to get your daily walk in and a pool to cool off in. The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The communication with the host is excellent. Can’t wait to return.

Being on the 4th floor was the perfect height to enjoy the vistas from both balconies. We are able to see both the sunrise & the sunset. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Wonderful getaway to Florida. Great place to stay away from all the large tourist crowds, but close enough to get to Tampa in 45 min. If you love fishing, hiking, birding watching and nature, this is the place for you.

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and equipped with all you need. Views were fantastic every evening of the sunsets! A short 5 min drive to local restaurants and shopping. Visited Tarpon Springs and Weeki Watchi park within 15-20 min drive. Debbie the host was great and always communicated promptly when we contacted her. A great spot to vacation!

Very comfortable with wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. Lots of nature and sea life, including dolphins and countless birds. The clean, cool pool was a great treat in the warm afternoons.

The condo is large and well laid out for two couples. The best part of the condo are the fantastic views of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets. We also had schools of dolphins every third day or so coming close to shore which we really liked. There are some good local restaurants and a ice cream shop nearby. The drive to tampa and clearwater is about 50 minutes. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. The pool is both clean and warm.

The property was impressive and awesome. The sunsets were different every evening and we did not miss many.

We stayed here over Christmas and we loved it. The condo has views over the lagoon and also the ocean, we saw dolphins several times and one day we even saw a Bald Eagle. The unit feels very secure with friendly security on the gate. The Condo is on the 4th floor but there are elevators, the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and the living area and kitchen is open plan with granite worktops and a huge fridge-freezer. The TV is easy to work (not always the case) and the Wi-Fi was fine.If anything the bed in the master was too big but comfortable and the double vanity n the master bathroom was a nice touch.Debbie returned our deposit in full after a week so no problems there and if we did return to Hudson we would definitely stay here again but in Summer so we could spend longer on the balcony with a glass or two of wine watching the sun go down. Yes we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hudson, Tampa is only an hour away and there's restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes drive.

I found it hard to imagine property this nice in Hudson, Florida. The unit is spacious, well decorated, beautiful views and just a very comfortable place to be. We would certainly stay here again. The kitchen is modern, well laid out and very well stocked. We spent a week in Hudson to see and visit with family who live in the area. The complex is quiet with swimming pools, trails, beach area right in the complex. It is very close to some good restaurants and marinas where you can rent boats etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to spend time near Hudson. This condo has all the comforts of home. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor and swimming in the pool in the safe, gated community. Also, the owner was very responsive to answering my questions.

My wife and I traveled to Sunny Florida to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary this year. And what a wonderful time we had at this PERFECT place! Everything was precisely as advertised. This unit had it all; it was decorated very tastefully, amenities a plenty, probably the cleanest unit we've ever stayed - anywhere! We felt very safe being in the gated community. The views were amazing and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. Thank you Kleiner Family for sharing your wonderful place with us. We can't wait to come back!!

We had been doing a road trip around south east USA and wanted to take a break on the way down to Fort Myers. This apartment was lovely - you have everything you need, there is a washer dryer, the kitchen again has everything you would need. We spent a week here, explored the area and had a good rest before continuing our journey. Nice nature trail, lovely view from the balcony, saw dolphins in the lagoon 2 or three times including the day Hurricane Matthew paid a visit. Would highly recommend

Exceeded my expectations in every way - and I'm very persnickety. Absolutely sparkling clean - every room and every nook and cranny. Gourmet kitchen well stocked with highest quality dishes, glassware, cookware and more. Thoughtful touches with guest comfort in mind. I was alone for a few nights and felt perfectly safe and secure even coming home late. Ample parking very close to unit. Clean fast elevators to 4th floor. Excellent owner communication and follow up after stay completed. I am a regular visitor to this area and have family nearby and I will be returning for sure.

What a marvelously appointed condo! Perfect taste throughout, which compliments the incredibly beautiful and serene views over the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. I came for a bit of R & R and felt fully rejuvenated 5 days later. Quiet and peaceful all day and night, whether you are lounging on one of the balconies, at the pool or on the beach. It was wonderful to see all the wildlife too - birds of all shapes and sizes and schools of fish leaping out of the water. Wish I could stay a lifetime - you know I will be back!!

My husband & I are return guests.....and all I can say is come & stay at this property and you will understand what a beautiful condo this is. Clean and very well appointed....all rooms are beautifully decorated and the granite kitchen is unbelievable. Nicest condo you could find, and the choice of 2 balconies is great! Sunsets are gorgeous. We will definitely be back next year.
