Nice place, close to town, fairly well equipped. They need to get wall heater and fireplace working but other than that was a comfortable place, quiet, bedrooms decent.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family to stay in while visiting Pagosa. It felt secluded, but was just a short trip to town or to the mountain pass. The view was amazing from the wonderful porch.

We've stayed at this cabin the past 4 years and it's always perfect! Can't beat the views and Gunner is a bonus!

It was great

The cabin is beautiful and peaceful. Our family of 5 had a wonderful week in Pagosa Springs for Thanksgiving. The cabin is close enough to everything, yet feels like you are secluded away from town at the same time. The kids and I miss Gunner already. We looked forward to his visits and were sad to have to say goodbye.

We enjoyed the cabin. Location was great. Kitchen allowed eating in a few meals. Slept well despite a little road noise and enjoyed a little noise from farm animals

The house is great, and was perfect for us. Just right outside of town so you just a few minutes to everything, but at night it feels like you’re secluded. Got to meet the friendly dog and then our daughters kept trying to call him back. Lol anyway, it had everything we needed and was clean. Janice was very accommodating to us and we will be back for sure! FYI - it’s really two master suites. Both rooms are really great and equally comfy with their own full bathrooms so couples trips would be perfect as well.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was new and very clean. The views are indescribably beautiful. Town is so close but still you feel so far away. Would love to stay again.

This cabin was gorgeous and so very comfortable to stay in. It was well appointed and the views were amazing! It is so close to town - only a few minute drive, and yet it felt so remote. We would definitely stay in it again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Great place location and will stay there again

We loved our time at this cabin! The location was just perfect! We were far enough removed from downtown to enjoy the quietness but close enough to head to town for dinner. The cabin was just beautiful! The loft was gorgeous and the kids just loved spending time there. We had to get used to not having AC (coming from Texas) but opening the windows allowed the breeze to cool off the cabin pretty nicely. The view could not be beat! Just breathtaking! Last but not least dear Gunner was a such treat for our kids that missed their own dog at home. He really is a gentle giant! We will most definitely be back! We absolutely loved our time at this cabin!

We loaded up our family (4 kids and 2 of us) and headed to Pagosa Springs because it sounded like a cool place to visit. Had found the cabin on VRBO and picked due to location, views and coziness. We were not disappointed. Cabin was perfect. Views from every direction. Porch perfect for sunrises and coffee. Away from town and people but less than a 5 minute drive to get there. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to truly getaway and be wowed by nature all around you.

Calm, peaceful, relaxing all come to mind for this property. This cabin is only a couple of minutes from Pagosa Springs, but the only thing you can see from the cabin is high snow-capped mountains in all directions. The living room and porches are spacious and had good furniture. Good TV and Wireless. Kitchen equipped, but wish there was an iron. Like another guest reported, the bed in the upstairs bedroom had a mattress that had a huge slope to the middle, making for a difficult night's sleep. We would stay again, as long as the mattress was replaced.

We loved staying at this cabin. It’s beautiful and the location is great. However, both beds had sink holes in the middle, which makes for a rough night’s sleep.

We had a great Spring Break experience. The cabin is super cute and well equipped for everything you need for a family vacation. The views from the cabin are stunning. Mountains, valleys, and a super friendly watchdog, Gunner. Only 25 minutes from the Wolf Creek slopes and just minutes from town if you need anything. We will be back!
