Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen - ziemlich modern, sehr sauber - täglich ordentlich geputzt, sehr bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich für jeden Geschmack. Der Kaffee war mittelmäßig. Die Lage ist sehr gut - nur einige Minuten von Patong Beach entfernt, umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants, Geschäften und Ständen.

Jeden Morgen rund um 5 Uhr in der Früh wurde zum Gebet in der naheliegenden Moschee aufgerufen und zwar sehr laut, weil der Lautsprecher direkt Richtung Hotel ausgerichtet ist. In der ersten Nacht war das erschreckend, dann ging es so, aber jeden Morgen um diese Stunde bist du widerwillig geweckt.

Staff were nice but were not really that helpful.

I booked because I wanted a good gym and a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube, Netflix etc. The gym had equipment dangerously close to each other, with worn out equipment, actually broken equipment. I told staff the gym had some broken equipment, nothing was done, I followed up on it but got nothing back. The TV was not a smart TV, it had 13 movies on a video on demand system. There were no subtitle options at all, not even in movies with aliens speaking. I asked the staff and they got the engineer who told me it wasn't possible to have any apps on the TV - so - not a smart TV, leaving me to have to watch everything on my phone in the evenings, not ideal. Finally, the water in the shower was stone cold at all times of day, never even lukewarm, that was a huge disappointment. As with everything I did ask the staff several times but never heard anything back.

New and good beach and nightlife close by

Just be mindful the hotel sits between two mosques. With the call to prayer happening 6 times a day . Earplugs are provided at reception. Or ask for a quieter room location . We stayed 7 nights without it bothering us

The breakfast at Zenseana is just what you need to start the day, no fancy stuff but there is variety.

I have no things that I didn't like.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the rooms/premises were very tidy. The rooftop pool was great and there was plenty of space in upper most level of the roof with artificial grass. The view was amazing. Also the gym was well equipped and clean. The beach was relatively close. The hotel room beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was able the room cool throughout the day if you left one of the two key cards in the electronic socket on the wall.

The electronic doorbell malfunctioned all on it's own in the middle of the night a couple of times + the doors are everything but sound proof. The spa part of the hotel was under renovation and not available. The same goes with the rooftop lounge. The elevators were slooow due to constant stopping on almost every floor and sometimes in an illogical order. The rooftop pool bar has a songlist of 20 dance songs which started to annoy after listening it through several times per day. Something more chill needed + a small inconvenience of neighbouring mosques yelling their prayer call loudly a couple of times a day (mostly applies if you are on the rooftop).

café le matin : de la flotte ! Machines très lentes, en nombre insuffisant. Climatisation bruyante même éteinte. Piscine sur le toit : transats très inconfortables, qualité basique et en nombre insuffisant. Mosquée à 100m : appel à la prière plusieurs fois/ jour et notamment vers 05h du matin, avec une sono plus forte qu'en discothèque. Personnel à la réception : très réticents à rendre service aux clients.

Die Lage ist gut jedoch an der stark befahrenen Straße gelegen.

Ungünstig ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Wir hatten eine Badewanne und das Wasser lief vom Rand trotz daraufgelegten Badetüchern auf den Boden runter, was sehr nervig war. Sonst sehr wenig Stauraum.

I liked the room I stayed in, as it was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also in a really good location, which is walking distance to Patong Beach. The staff were really friendly and kind, always willing to help. The breakfast was really good with a big variety.

My bathroom was not ideal with the bath and shower installation, as every time after I took a shower the bathroom was under water. Even though the location is really nice and centrally located to walk, there is a main road passing by and if you have one of the rooms facing the road it might be too noisy. Breakfast was good, but if you came later most of the food was out and not topped up. (e.g. I went for breakfast at 9:00). The spa was also out of order, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.

Colazione molto varia, per altri ospiti. Per gli italiani, poca scelta, cappuccino a pagamento ( una pecca). La posizione eccellente. Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Hanno risolto un problema con la serratura in modo molto efficace.

Sarebbe stato più comodo avere un'armadio più ampio per i vestiti, e balconcino davvero minimal per poter fare asciugare costumi e teli.

The staff were amazing. The hotel smelt lovely throughout citronella/lemon. Fully equipped gym. Hospitality amazing nothing was too much trouble.

Property is very close to the beach. A 5 min walk. Close to all amenities. Lots of restaurants around and also lots of massage places. Location was great for a couple nights. Very busy area. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for something a little bit more chilled/quiet.

I booked 2 double rooms and asked if they could be near each other has I was with family. They decided to give us a family room however the bathroom doors were transparent and there was a gap between the bathroom door which you could see through. Not ideal for a brother and sister sharing. We were moved room the following day. We are also asked to leave a 100 euro deposit for any damages which I did not have. Did not have a single good nights sleep due to being able to hear every conversation for the other room and everyone’s footsteps down the corridors. Very thin walls and doors do not block any noise out.

Pas de climatisation dans les parties communes. Odeur de remonter de canalisation dans la chambre. Deux jours sans serviette pour la piscine et la plage.

الفندق حقيقة لا يرتقي لفئة 5 نجوم النظامة بمستوى متدني ولا يرتقى لفئة حتى 4 نجوم مناشف الحمام قديمة ومهتريه حجزت غرفة بسريرين وتم اعطائي غرفة بسرير كنج.

We used the gym regularly which was nice and cool with good showers and fresh towels.

Заселение прошло ужасно! На ресепшене сначала выдали одну затертую карту от номера, сославшись что нет карт в отеле, потом после выраженного недовольства дали две карты, но работала всегда только одна. Отель точно не стоит своих денег. Я еще удивился когда бронировал в начале декабря, что скидка составила 80%! В номере очень шумный кондиционер. Отель расположен неудобно, достаточно далеко от всех мест. Номер был с окнами во двор, тоже очень шумно.
