The place was small and outdated but we were there for the beach and not looking for a fancy place. The kids loved the beach toys.

Water damage, dirty, rusty fridge, microwave, and a/c unit. hair everywhere in the shower, a/c unit couldn’t adjust didn’t have any power going to the face door lock didn’t want to work 75percent of the time had to repress the number multiple times just to unlock.

Excellent location and with parking. Need new mattress for bed

Pictures on listing made the unit look bigger. Needs updates overall great place.

The condo is great proximity to the beach and area. The condo needs some updated painting and a new couch.

It was dirty, rundown, chunks of plaster missing, rusty metal, dirty walls, air conditioner was filthy and looked like it was falling out of the wall, cupboard was stained, medicine chest had dirt in it, couch was stained and had food crumbs under the cushions. I refused to stay there, asked for my money back, and filed a complaint with BBB. I will NEVER trust VRBO again. Would you like pictures? I have many of them.

We stayed 29 night's, on check out day they would not let us check out past 10am. Most places even one night stay is ok to check out 12n. Not a warm departure.

Our condo was in a perfect location for a beach get away. The resturants are delicious, shopping great and beach glorious. The property manager was easy to work with and room was clean and the perfect size. Only draw back was the bed is a Murphy bed and not so comfortable. We will book again.

This vintage condo was perfect for me and my husband. The location is perfect and is right on the beach & close to our son's family. We have stayed in another condo before and really wanted to return and we did in another condo! We are HAPPY!

Nice cozy little room. Needs a little updating as you can see some wear of the room, floor and furniture. But still very clean and easy to get to. I had a very nice stay. I had no interaction with the property management. So I can not comment. Overall a nice cozy place to stay.

This place was dirty, the ac unit leaked all into our room then we went for a boat ride and came back to our entire room flooded. The ac unit has been leaking so long the whole area around the top of the window was crack and black. If the water has leaked that long there is definitely black mold present. I can say the manager did have maintenance there as soon as she was able to. The dust on the blinds was atleast a half inch thick along with water rust lines all down the blind where the ac unit leaked. The black hair... wow it was everywhere on the white sheets the floor my 14yr old was gagging as to the amount of hair. I feel like the owner needs to do some work in the sea rocket #1 unit. I had to completely clean as I would my own home before I could or let my kids sleep there. Thank goodness I was able to wash the blankets when I got there. The beach was amazing as was our eateries. Everything other than our stay was perfect. It was definitely alot to put up with for a week of events that occurred in our room from beginning to end.

Not sure if the room was cleaned prior to our arrival or not. If so, the cleaning person needs a new profession. The floor was covered in sand. The sheets had sand in them and the bathroom was nasty. Photos make the room seem way bigger than it actually is. With the couch pulled out there little room in the room to walk around. The location to the beach itself was fantastic as it was just a short walk (50 foot or so) to the beach. If we stay at this property again we will definitely get a bigger room.

The room was dirty and musty. It's very small, which was expected, however, it is also just dirty. The couch needs cleaned,, the air conditioner faceplate is sitting on the floor, and the unit is covered is dust, a general level of grime on things. We deep cleaned it when we arrived just so we would be able to sleep there. It's in a beautiful location though, but definitely just somewhere to lay your head and spend a little time as possible in the room.

We had a great time at the Sea Rocket. We stayed in a studio room which is very small and exactly what we wanted. It is a no frills room but clean. You have to do a small amount of cleaning when you leave but for the price it was well worth it. The only downside is the late check in (4pm) and early checkout (10am).

Was in for a funeral so not much free time to get to the beach. Would stay again but not in #1. We knew it was small but is really outdated. Bed needs replaced, shower head is too low and my husband hit his head on it. Toilet is too cramped with cabinet in the way and no electrical outlet in bathroom.

My wife wasn't able to come with me so it was just me. The unit was as expected and I would return. The beach and location were nice.

I loved our room and the beach accessibility. It was a great trip!!! We'd love to come back next year.

The place was nice overall. A couple tweaks and the studio would be great. A trip to the dollar and thrift store for a new dresser that doesn’t give you slivers and some hooks for the kitchen and bathroom to hang your clothes and towels would help. Basically, make better use of the small space. I would go back again, great location.

I recommend a stay here. It's small but clean and in a terrific location. Easy Check-In and great accomodations!

When we first arrived the SeaRocket facility was clean organized and welcoming. Then we entered unit #1 the door lock opened with the code given however, to lock it afterwards was a challenge. The electronic lock needs replaced. Then there was NO Cable the channels would not change after calling management they were prompt and kept me up to date as to when the cable would work...they switched out the cable box, remote and then a TV with a technician working on it until...9pm good thing we aren't the early bird to bed type of people. The murphy style bed was small and felt as though you were sleeping on a box spring. The location of the Searocket is what rents these dated efficiencies and for a small investment in a memory foam mattress, new lock, and some sweat equity the place would be fine. Unit 1 is Not for Long term rental in my humble opinion.

Small efficiency apartment with everything you need available steps from the beach. Staff was very attentive with any questions we had. Laundry room onsite. Great location for a couple and price was excellent. 🌴

The stay was great. Cute place. It is small, about the size of a hotel room but very comfortable for 2 people. We were very pleased with everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleaning services went into our room ten minutes before check in. She cleaned for 20 minutes. Which is impossible. I cleaned the unit myself. There were no sheets for the pullout couch. The mattress cover on the pullout couch was disgustingly dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and they did. Coffee pot did not work. Had to purchase on for us to use. We were given a roll of toilet paper with about 1/4 of it on the roll and one other roll. We had to purchase more. The unit is in desperate need of updating. There is a very odd odor. The door would not lock correctly. We have stayed in other units at the Sea Rocket, but not this one. We will never stay in this one again. This unit was very dirty.

The room is MUCH smaller than it appears in the photos, had dimensions been available prior to booking it would have helped. Definitely do not try to put4 people in this space. The room overall was okay, if we walked barefoot on the floors the soles of our feet got dirty but we are on the beach and the property is very old. It took two days to get a fresh bedspread. Besuretotake your own towels. The coffee maker did not work, found this out after I bought can of coffee and filters.

Dishes in drawers had food on them, a/c had dirty fur coming out of vents, sofa had a thick layer of dirt on back of sofa, mirror was filthy. Microwave was dirty as was the outside of refrigerator. Will we book anything thru itrips/ VRBO again. Absolutely not. We complained to itrips,. Nothing was done!!!!

We liked being right in the beach, however, the condo was way too small and not clean. Air conditioner was very noisy! Missed having a pool. Would not book there again.
