IT has an amazing view of the beach, and the whales passing in the surf. We love to be with nature, and relax without technology. It provides us with exactly what we needed for a complete break.

Sandjunes was lovely and clean. Great ocean views and communication with Bree was a pleasure.

Happy valley is a great location on Fraser - Bree is a great host providing info and support as needed. The cabin is simple , well equiped and comfy with lovely sea view and surrounding bush Garden

Our family had a delightful stay in Sandjunes, a beautiful high set home with a dreamy view of the beach and waves. Despite the somewhat inclement weather, there was plenty to do & see and a cosy cabin to which to return. We enjoyed soaking up the outdoor atmosphere from the wrap around verandah, a delight of 🐦 bird activities and some whale watching🐋. The house was clean and functional. Bree was on hand to share local knowledge.

We really enjoyed our stay, Sandjunes was very clean, quite and the location was perfect just 250m from the beach we could here the ocean. We felt close to nature in the surroundings. Bree was an excellent host and really friendly.

A beautiful place to stay on Fraser. Views of the water, lovely breezes, and the property itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely older style house in a fantastic location. Ocean views from balcony, cleanest BBQ I have used in a holiday let property, letting contact person is very communicative and helpful, house nice and clean. Good facilities with a fridge and chest freezer, good kitchen with gas stove (4 burner), gas grill and gas oven. Highly recommend.

Bree was really nice to me and my family. We stayed there just before Xmas and my partner was 7 months pregnant. I was concerned the house would be too hot after reading the add about no fans or aircon, so I bought a battery fan with me. I didn’t even need the fan because of the cool breeze that constantly ran through the high elevated house. The house represented it self as the information provided on the ad and the view knocks your socks off when you first see it. A view of coconut trees Beach and the ocean all on offer. It’s almost impossible not to open a beer and sit there to enjoy it. Thanks Bree for the wonderful holiday and we will see you again another time!

Overall good, house is basic, but comfortable, (needs new lounge tho, so old and not comfortable) outside needs maintenance. View is very good.

Lovely, clean home with a wonderful view and quick access to the beach. Bree was a wonderful host and her passion for the environment and keeping the ecosystem around her area for the wildlife is inspiring. Definitely off the grid place, which was soul refreshing. Hopefully get back here again next year .

Our family stayed at Fraser for the first time ever and what an amazing place to visit. The accommodation had everything we needed and the view out of the water from the balcony was breathtaking. Bree was very helpful throughout the stay and would definitely recommend Sandjunes to anyone

Make sure you read the terms and conditions to avoid little surprises, like no toilet paper, cold showers and no onsite parking.You may have to wait longer then 2pm to check in, and the fridge and freezer is shared with the property manager.I'd say basic is an understatement for the price.

Perfect place to relax after a big day exploring the island. Great view of the ocean. Facilities of the house are adequate and everything works. Bree was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Our stay for the week was hassle free

Most the reviews say basic accommodation. I would say below basic , no fans at all and not much of a breeze made for sleepless nights. No toaster had to light a gas grill which was also broken. Just some of the issues. Not a particularly nice property to stay in. There is definitely better places within happy valley.

Comfortable but Basic

Simple, easy living in a great location - with a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony, perfect for happy hour relaxing in the afternoon.

We had a nice stay at Sandjunes Happy Valley The place was quite nice to stay at, it was basic but comfortable. The view off the back balcony was great, sitting there in the afternoon enjoying a drink with some nibblies with a nice breeze blowing through. The Host Bree was nice and accommodating and was helpful with local information. Would recommend staying at Sandjunes

If you don't want to rough it in a tent, but don't want to stay at one of the resorts, then this is a good central location. It is quiet and away from traffic. It is very basic, but has an ocean view and beautiful breezes.If you don't have enough people for the larger houses, but don't want to stay in apartment style accommodation, then this is an alternative.

Very basic but comfortable

Centrally located for all of Frasers sights! Close to the beach for fishing and afternoon drinks. Basic property exactly as advertised and the perfect base for enjoying the island.
