We loved the architectural design features of this compact property, which really captured the gorgeous views of encounter bay. It is a truly special part of victor harbor.
There were a few minor issues eg no lightweight bedding options for warm nights such as a cotton blanket. This was rectified the next day by Stayz staff purchasing us an alternative to the very warm quilt provided. We couldnt get any of the technology to work which was only an issue on one very hot day when we didnt want to be out and about, and happened late in our stay so we didnt have time to see if Stayz could help us. We are reasonably competent with technology but apart from connecting to the wifi and basic tv we couldnt make anything work with the instructions provided eg netfix etc. And most basic of all, there was no plug for the kitchen sink that we could find. We didnt want to run the dishwasher every day and would have liked to be able to do our morning dishes on departure day properly rather than just rinse them. Its a tiny though well stocked kitchen so it would have been nice to keep it very clean. Towels are very small and skimpy, compared to plentiful and more luxurious towels, tea towels, bath mats etc provided in air bnbs.Other than these issues we greatly enjoyed the property and the location.

Such a well designed property to take in the best of the magic views including The Bluff. Great location close enough to walk to town if you wish. Had all the required amenities apart from soap bars/body wash if you prefer those in the shower. Beds were comfy enough, AC worked well & good to be able to stream the various TV apps. Fantastic the house is also pet friendly 🐶

Arrived with our dog. We all settled in immediately and felt at home. Stayed for 9 nights. Everything we needed was there as per the supplied manual. Information was very useful. We relaxed and walked along the beach. Found perfect coffee at Boulevard Cafe. Great pizzas on the esplanade. Met lots of friendly locals. We could have enjoyed another couple of weeks easily.there was lots of room for anyone with a family.

Beautiful holiday home
Wonderful home for a family holiday, very cosy with great AC. Beautiful views across the water. Beds very comfortable and 2x lounge areas were really useful. Could use a dryer as it rained for several days. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans etc. would definately stay again .

Fabulous Location
The townhouse is an easy place to stay for a restful break looking out at the ocean and people plus dog watching. It is also easy to walk to shops and cafes down the road or into Victor Harbor itself. We didn't have a dog ourselves but can see it would be a great location to take one's dog for a holiday.

Perfect pet friendly stay
This place was perfect for families with older children and pets. It was very clean and modern and the beach front location was perfect for walks with the dog. The beds were very comfortable so all who stayed had incredible nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed for cooking. Very relaxing stay.

A lovely stay
We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was cosy but large enough for the 5 of us. It had everything we needed. The location was the best part, with the bay on our doorstep and a beautiful view from the balcony! It would have been even better if there was better car parking. The bathroom upstairs needs a bit of updating and beware, the upstairs bedroom gets quite hot - would have been great to have a window that could open or a fan to help move air around.

Pet stay rental
Great location and accomodation overlooking the beach with a sealed walking path along the coastline. Being a Pet stay rental a dog flap would have been handy to the enclosed back yard. Note it has fabric couches not vinyl or leather so you have to be careful about dog hair so take lots of sheets or blankets otherwise you get charged an extra cleaning fee for excess dog hair. Also note the local council only allow two dogs staying at a time which meant our whole family couldn’t go at the same time as we have 3 dogs between us. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the house, could not stop marvelling at the view and close access to beach. Everything was lovely and was just so nice being able to bring our dog to such a 5 star house. Thank you to Melinda and all staff who were so thoughtful to us knowing we had just lost a loved one. Will be back some day soon I hope.

Great views, great location.
The property is bigger than the pictures suggest. It was clean and tidy and as described online. The views are fantastic of both the ocean and the Bluff. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and our dog loved every minute too.

Great place with beautiful views
This is great beach front pet friendly accomodation. Good facilites and amenities, really nice location, good quality sleeping areas and sofas. Really good communication from Petlet everything was great. The only slight bit of feedback would be for the scaffolding which is currently slightly in the way of the rear entrance could do with some padding around it as its low and banged our heads a few times at night! Thanks so much lovely place 🤗
