Nothing!

Location was terrible, parking even worst. Called host, he referred me to another contact. Took me a long time to find the location of the building, especially since parking I was told to park was in front of a different building. Apartment, when entering and entry doors makes you fill like you are in very unsafe neighborhood. Inside apartment there was a locked room (not sure what is it for or if someone was hiding in there - makes you feel very unconfirmable. Nothing was provided in the apartment, not even basic bath essentials. AC in one bedroom was not working (and it was hot that day). Beds were very uncomfortable. All in all, very bad experience.

The host was helpful. The apartment was big enough with the balcony. Great value for the money.

The toilet didn't have any lock. So when you are staying in groups. You have to inform everyone not to open the toilet/bathroom door 😂😂

Nice apartment and clean

The shower water was very weak and it was not very hot.

The apartment was nice with air conditioners in every room. It was clean and taken care of. Unfortunately, all pros are totally ruined by contras (the house is under construction! The construction workers are outside the windows and on the balcony!

This is a CONSTRUCTION SITE! The building is being repaired outside! It is covered with scaffolding. The construction workers were perforating (drilling) walls just outside our apartment - on our balcony! Noise terror - decibels on harmful level. From 8 till 17. All windows are closed with protective opaque film! We couldn't use the balcony. No view outside your windows! No compassion whatsoever form the host. He never mentioned the construction works before we came there. All he could offer us (6 people with children) when we came there is to cancel this apartment and seek for other place, which was impossible for us because the prices were already twice higher.. Basically, we were left to manage the situation alone (talking in Italian to workers and ask them to start perforating later, not at 8 a.m. Which didn't work anyway.) We were forced to leave the apartment as soon as possible in the morning and come after 5 p.m. The host (manager) can hardly speak English, is not answering messages and can't give any useful information like where to buy food etc. We were 6 people, there were ready beddings only for 4 people. The host brought bedding for other 2 people later and it was not ironed. Only 1 apartment key for 6 people. In short, the information in description is deceitful because it didn't say anything about the construction works and this terrible noise. Management and communication is of a very low level. We only got 20% discount for the "inconvenience" Would never recommend this apartment/host to anybody!
