The property is located in a private quiet community. Victor was an amazing host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Home is very cozy and clean. We would love to come back soon!

The place was cozy but had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Well stocked with necessities. My family enjoyed it very much. Also, we enjoyed seeing all the deer in the backyard.

We were 5 couples with kids that wanted to spend the MLK weekend together and go skiing at nearby Jack Frost. The house was exactly what we needed. It is updated, spacious but cozy enough for us to feel together without being on top of each other! Victor, the owner, was very responsive and gave very clear details on how to open and close the home, as well as how to work all the fireplaces and equipment! I highly recommend this home and look forward to renting it again in the near future!

My wife and I booked Victors cabin for an xmas gift with my siblings. It was the perfect size to accommodate 17 guest, including 7 children (2 babies). A snow storm was heading in the day of our arrival and Victor was nice enough to allow an extremely early check in to beat the weather. Tubing and Skiing in Big Boulder was super close, the kids had a blast. We're hoping to book again this summer to take advantage of the hiking and water activities in the area.

Pros: -Location is great, close to ski resorts -Spacious home that fits 9 people comfortably and 5 children Cons: -Bathrooms not clean. I had to put my gloves on to pull clumps of hair out of shower😖 -toilet, sinks and mirror not cleaned -floors not mopped -Not enough towels because the hamper had a lot of dirty towels in them when we got there -Went to open the curtains in master to get the nice light in and dead bugs 🐜 all over the windowsill -Carpet clearly not vacuumed -All of the cabinets in kitchen with dust/dirt and not clean (had to clean all counters) coffee maker filthy -kitchen cabinets a mess with junk drawers everywhere -Refrigerator not cleaned out and dirty. Old food left there from previous guests -The outdoor front entrance staircase and driveway were very icy and not salted. I had to call the owner to get that done. My sister almost fell. It took awhile to get one car up the hill it was so icy -heaters in the nicely finished basement worked well but if you have children playing down there you have to be careful they don’t knock it down. Fire and safety hazard -15 inch tv in master didn’t work I was going to give it 2 stars for location and spaciousness, but since the owner did not fulfill his promise to refund the cleaning fee since I had to clean, I’m giving it one star. Wish I could post pictures because I’m not exaggerating at all. It was so filthy I couldn’t relax without having to clean something else. My family had a great time despite all these issues. It’s a shame...such a great house I really wish the owner would take more pride in having it clean and organized.

We rented Victor's house for a large group of preteen girls and their moms. Victor met us at the property and couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating! He checked on us throughout the weekend to make sure the house had everything we needed. Victor was delightful and I would definitely rent from Victor again. The house was perfect for our large party...we had plenty of space and the girls loved being together in the loft! We thoroughly enjoyed our "camping" weekend!
