The place does Not have air-conditioned in the living room & kitchen so it was extremely hot like we were in the oven. We had problems with No water at all in the entire town house which was fix within an hour or so? Staff was wonderful & accommodating but DO Not like the owner at all! She was hounding with the booking reservation payments whom I reserve it through Agoda.com I book the place twice & it was in process status but the owners keep calling me personally & demand that I should check out right away & pay the stay accommodations by cash! I was very upset why would she call the booking agency which she use for advertising her units on that site's. I rebook her place from another site & pay her 2 nights but We check out right away @ 12 & booked another hotel (ALMONT ISLANDS RESORTS) w/ in the same city vicinity. Staff were totally 👌 👍 awesome especially Leah & Bea.

NO AIRCON IN THE LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN (It was like staying inside an Oven!!!) NO WATER OR THE WATER PUMPS WERE BROKEN NO BATHROOM UPSTAIRS

The amenities are not properly working. There were no toilet paper, toiletries, hand soap, rug etc that you can always find in an holiday home. I hope they start providing these and the place will be worth the value.

Let me explain; The Diodeth’s Holiday Apartments, just remember this name for the best super Clean hotel Apartment in Butuan City. I have booked this place for a Newly Wed. Friend as a Wedding Gift. right after my booking at Jelly’s Haven Resort Bantayan was Cancelled because of the Covid19 restriction to travel. So I started looking around to where I can Find great place for this couple to spend their honeymoon around Butuan City.. I offer a severals well-known hotels around Butuan City to the couple but they rejected and telling me that they might wanted to request if i could book them out at Diodeth’s Holiday Hotel/Apartments because they love the Idea that it was really homey and they inform me that they booked this place for their wedding preparation on June 4 and they felt inlove with the place.. According to the Newly Bride; Stepping through the front door she was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception/Care taker. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff/Care taker or might be the owner throughout their were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel/Apartment is so great. The living room, dining, Kitchen and their rooms and over all was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view not to mentioned that they are very clean that was expected. She have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Butuan City. As well as I am that living in abroad and had experienced booked with this place using booking.

Size, clean, price

Safety is an issue there. Locks and doors are below standerd. Very easy to open the doors for criminals Management please adress this issue.....dont feel very safe at night....for the rest nice place to stay
