We loved watching the activity on the lawn in front of the Royal Crescent. Highly entertaining! The king size mattress was nice and firm, and the sheets smooth and crisp. The people upstairs stomped around a bit on occasion, but other than that, it was great for sleeping. The kitchen had all that we needed - first place I have rented that had ice cube trays! The sofas in the living room were comfortable and large - we enjoyed the high ceilings too. Being able to walk to restaurants was a real benefit of the location. The one improvement I would suggest is a “smart TV” - it would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix. All in all though, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This lovely Georgian apartment in Bath is beautifully decorated, clean and within a few short minutes walking distance from all of Baths attractions! Your front view is the Royal Crescent! Just lovely!

This apartment is lovely and we really enjoyed staying in it! There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment but it is worth it! Great views and beautifully equipped!

We had a wonderful stay. The building is just across the street from the Royal Crescent and there are parks and gardens in every direction. Sights, restaurants, and shopping are a short walk away—the location of this property really made our week in Bath a pleasure!

However the listing did not indicate that it was on the third floor and therefore there were many stairs to climb… this could be difficult for elderly people. Furthermore, the site indicated that one free parking permit was available when in fact it isn’t… this caused us much aggravation and distress as we tried to sort out the situation

We had a perfect three-night stay. Peter and staff were well communicative, accommodating and friendly! The view was gorgeous. It was very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and inviting. It was close to town and plenty of walking area. Would definitely stay there again!!

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The property was wonderful as well as the location and the small additions like coffee, biscuits, wine etc, although not consumed were extremely welcoming and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to either revisit or recommend. Thank you.

Grand apartment with beautiful views overlooking the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. Plenty of room for ourselves and 14 and 12 year old boys. Great location to explore Bath on foot.

The property was in a great location with amazing views. There were lots of recommendations for restaurants etc which was really helpful, we tried many of them and none of them disappointed. Also visited Dyrham Park (National Trust) which was a lovely day out. The Botanical Gardens are also worth a visit.

Excellent property very well presented and detailed. The views, both front and back, are some of the best in one of the UK's finest cities. Groceries were ordered in advance and were waiting for us upon our arrival (which was late at night). On Street parking permit worked without a problem with plently of spaces available . The welcome pack of nibbles and drink was a kind thopughts, thank you. Overall a delightful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed a visit to Bath for 4 days. This flat is perfectly placed to walk across the Cresent, into the City, or the other way through the Botanical gardens. Grocery shopping is an easy walk. Parking is ok, on the street, if within a half mile walk sometimes. The flat itself is elegant and airey. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the sitting room superb. The kitchen/dining area is functional. Overall, it is a delightful flat in a city central, and an excellent place to visit Bath from. We will hope to return.

The apartment has a quiet location, just across from the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park making it an easy walk to all the major attractions of Bath. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything needed for some light cooking.

Sara was very helpful and allowed us to check in a bit early. The flat was very roomy and had a great view.

Plenty of room for four here and the decor was tasteful yet comfortable. The windows are so huge and open so wide, I almost got vertigo going past them! You might not want to bring small children here in seasons when the windows need to stay open. Easy walk into town but you're not in the middle of things. However, facing Victoria Park and the Royal Crescent, while completely beautiful and worth it, is noisy. It is a tourist attraction and people come and hang out and chat and picnic until late at night. This might have been more noticeable to us because it was summer and we wanted to open the windows. Speaking of which, the working shutters were a treat and perfect for keeping out the sun when needed. The rear view is nice too; very relaxing to watch people working on their allotments :) and twice we saw hot air balloons taking off in the park behind! Highly recommend this flat.

We travelled to Bath with another couple and booked this unit on VRBO. We could not have been happier with it. It is a gorgeous apartment, centrally located within walking distance of central Bath, and fairly priced. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Bath.

A wonderful and quiet place to stay with only a short walk into town. If I go back to Bath, would definitely stay here again. A gem of a find.

The property was well set up for our arrival, clean, comfortable, beautiful...even a few nice snacks for our arrival! The location is perfect!!!! Close enough to walk to dinner and all of the local attractions, but set back on a hill without too much traffic and congestion! Beautiful views from every window!!!! We loved making memories here as a family while we visited our son at University while he studies abroad. Beautiful! Amazing architecture as well!
