The house was perfect for my extended family. We needed extra sleeping close to our home on the lake. Everything was just as it is shown.

We loved our stay at Robyn's nest. The owners were so communicative and nice. They seem to take a lot of pride in the property and want their guests to enjoy themselves with everything they need. The large deck is just as good as it looks in the pictures- with views of both sunrise and sunset- what's better than that! We can't wait to go back!

Very nice open layout of living spaces. 4 nice size bedrooms 3 with views and access to outdoor deck. Wonderful outdoor spaces. Wish we could have stayed longer. Well worth the rates.

This was our first time using VRBO. We had a wonderful experience. The house was as advertised, we loved the 2nd floor covered porch and the pull down shades for the late afternoon. I recommend this house to anyone looking in the Mooresville area.

This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at because of the great communication from the owner. They checked in with us to see how our stay was going and even asked if we were ok after a bad storm came through. The house was great and we rented a boat for a few days which the family loved. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable place at Lake Norman. The house was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for a great week. The beach and inlet area was perfect for the little ones and the big kids loved fishing off the dock. Rocking chairs and fire pit were icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us we will be back.

The photos and the description of this property are incredible but still manage to undersell just how great this location is! The cove is the perfect place for kids to play in the water. The dock was convenient for our pontoon rental from Lake Effects Rentals and the covered patio is just the right place for tired parents to relax after the kids are in bed with a card game while watching the beautiful sunset. There’s almost no need to leave this spot unless you are going out for dinner, which we did twice, once to Eddie’s On the Lake and Toucan’s Lakefront. We weren’t even halfway through our weeklong stay before we started talking about planning our next trip to this amazing place!

Enjoyed our family vacation at the Robyn's Nest on Lake Norman. Joe and Donna were very accomodating. The dock worked well for our boat and jet ski rentals. It was a very nice place to stay and everyone enjoyed the vacation. Thanks for allowing us to spend the week at your property.

We had a wonderful week at Robyn’s Nest. This home has everything a family needs and so many features we didn’t even know we needed! Joe and Donna have thought of everything and included many small details that make staying here so enjoyable. We swam, fished, floated, kayaked, ate s’mores by the fire pit and topped every evening off with a beautiful view of the sunset. I hope we can stay again sometime.

We really enjoyed this property. Great private cove and a perfect location in Lake Norman. The beaches were great for the kids and the fishing was awesome.

Everything was awesome from check in to check out. House was very accommodating to all of our needs. The kayaks were awesome for the kids and the fire pit was the perfect ending to the day! House is stocked with everything you need for a week or weekend. The only thing we regretted was not staying longer!

We couldn't have asked for better place to spend a long weekend on Lake Norman. A well-thought-out, well-maintained, super comfortable home. It checked all of the boxes and more. Great kitchen and living area, multiple decks, kayaks, floats, a firepit, and outstanding view. Dona & Joe were gracious hosts and communication was very easy. This is the perfect spot for quality family time. Our youngest guest, our 6 year old granddaughter told her dad, "When I have a family, we're coming here with you." Thats all I need to hear to know that we made the right choice. Thanks Donna & Joe.

We traveled with 3 other couples. The house has beautiful views of the lake and the sunset. It has everything needed for a great vacation… nicely lit dock for your boat, kayaks and floats, fire pit and outdoor dining. The house is extremely clean and organized. We all agreed that this rental was ideal and we would definitely come back!

This house has it all! Enough space for all 7 of us to be comfortable. Multiple decks/patios where you can sit with several others playing a game. Or sit alone on a lounger reading a book. Everything is well stocked and in great shape. The lake with direct access is awesome. All making for a wonderful family vacation! A huge thank you to our hosts for sharing their lovely home. 😊

We had a fantastic stay in this home! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 7! There is plenty of space for everyone, fun on the kayaks, tons of floats and life jackets (the lake is pretty deep off of the dock, but there is a sandy beach for little ones!) to enjoy the lake, and a never ending supply of awesome views of the osprey and their babies in the nest straight out from the dock! Such a fun week floating the days away!

Our family of 9 absolutely loved our stay. The property is well maintained and the adults and kids alike loved the beach area to swim and jump off the dock. The outside seating areas were great. We did not spend much time inside but the beds were very comfortable after a long day boating and water play. Would definitely recommend this property for small families.

Couldn't ask for a better stay for my visiting family. 3/4 bedrooms have fantastic views; so much deck space for quiet relaxation and meals; home is equipped with all kitchen items you may need, games, fishing poles, kayaks, etc so you don't need to leave the home; And most importantly, the hosts are SO friendly, up-front and accomodating. Lastly, the hosts recommendation for Lake Effects boat rental was outstanding. I live a few towns away from this rental spot but will ONLY rent from them despit others being closer. The experience as a whole was incredible and so happy my family enjoyed it as much/more than I did. I normally don't write reviews but this was such a sweet, fun-filled time at their home, they deserve all the stars!
