Wonderful Hosts!!! The whole experience made me want to move to Petaluma. The kitchen was well stocked, instructions were clear and the hosts (whom we just happened to run into) were so kind. The view of the mountains and the wall home by full moon after an amazing dinner in town was spectacular.

Great property and great location to shops and restaurants!!

It was a perfect place for our short stay. It is cozy. It is walkable to many places. This was the first time we ever had to do street parking but we found a close spot to park every day.

What we loved most about this place was the fact we could walk to town easily if we took a left at the corner, and we could be off on a scenic run if we took a right. Also, the hosts were AWESOME and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The property is charming and the neighborhood is wonderful. You can't go wrong at this property!

I rented the property as a gift of a weekend getaway for my parents. They loved it and couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed their time. I also had a super easy time communicating with the owner. I had to change my reservation and it was done by the end of the day with no hiccups. So great to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

This garage apartment is perfect for a couple's getaway. The location of the main house is in a beautiful neighborhood and the apartment is nicely separated from the main living quarters. It is appointed with everything you need for a lovely stay, and it is quiet and just secluded enough. We very much enjoyed visiting Napa and wine country during the day and then driving through beautiful countryside to our accommodations. We even enjoyed visiting a cheese factory! Overall, we had a lovely time and the owners were very accommodating and helpful.

This beautiful, clean, quiet apartment was perfect for a long weekend to attend a wedding on a ranch just outside Petaluma. We had everything we needed and access to both downtown and the countryside was quick and easy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Finally got to see our grandchildren! Happy 4th of July Loved the apartment, all amenities (including washer and dryer). Quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk to downtown Petaluma. Enjoyed breakfast at Hallie's Diner and Sax's Joint Perfect to 2 people. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at! The place was spotless! I loved the decor! The bed, pillow and linens were wonderful. The location - superb! Loved the fireplace and the choice of tv channels too. And the Keurig coffee maker. Oh - and the too die for jacuzzi tub easily large enough for two! Walkable to my granddaughters favorite park! So relaxing. beautiful view. Quiet. Didn't see Catherine, but met Steve and he was a great guy. Loved everything about this and will definitely stay here EVERY time we come back to visit our grandchildren in Petaluma!

We had a nice stay. Many small but important details had been well thought out. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The owners were prompt in their replies to our inquiries. Come for a visit, you'll enjoy yourself.

Garage suite that has almost everything you need. It was over 90 deg when we were there with no A/C and just a little fan. Pretty hot for us! My only real complaint was that someone in the main house left their small dog outside in the extreme heat from 2pm until 6pm barking the whole time. Felt bad for the dog, and it made it real hard to have a siesta.

Property was nice, cute town. Conveniently located. Parking on street. Was expecting sofa sleeper but there was an air mattress.

This was a perfect place for my needs. It’s charming and clean and a great location. Easy to get to and close to town, and had everything we needed. Cat was friendly and responsive, but we still had complete privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent almost 2 weeks here while taking an equestrian course. Close to stores and restaurants. Had everything that was needed to make me feel like I was at home.

A perfect little hideaway within walking distance to fabulous Petaluma. As a former VRBO owner, I appreciate a good host, and ours had the place well stocked, with every thoughtful amenity. They immediately answered the couple of texts we had; otherwise, we never saw them. Very private! I read in bed and I might suggest a lamp on the night table - but I took the one from the living room. Will visit again. Excellent value for a charming abode! Thank you.
