The resort was lovely, well located about 12miles from Disney. The community facilities were great - bar, restaurant, communal pools, gym and shop available. The villa was a perfect size for 9 of us - 4 adults and 5 children. We paid for pool heating which was worth it as the kids weren’t cold once. The beds were really comfy, every room had a TV and it was furnished to a high standard. The villa lacks some amenities, mainly to the kitchen - lack of chopping boards, serving bowls, bakeware, roasting or baking trays. We also lacked towels upon arrival, no where near enough, also no floor towels. I quickly reported this and we did have new towels within 3 hours, along with an iron, teaspoons and oven gloves (also lacking). The cleanliness was 'good' but not great, for example none of the skirting boards had been cleaned, the insides of all of the drawers (for clothes) had never been cleaned out, under and behind beds had not been cleaned (I found a pair of socks, rubbish and crisp packets behind more than one bed. The level and detail of cleaning therefore needs to be addressed by the management company, there are also several maintenance issues regarding light bulbs, toilet roll holders falling off etc. Overall I would recommend the villa though!

Found home kitchen to be lacking essential tools ie: dish cloth, dish towel; pot holders; mixing bowls; pots and pans need to be replaced. Very difficult to make a meal for family with limited tools.

We were highly disappointed in the management of this property as they did not honor their own terms and conditions provided in my contract signed or upon arrival instructions. One of our main reasons for picking this property was the private pool so that our kids may enjoy this on our rest days in between parks. When booking I did not choose to have the pool heated as I saw it could be added prior to arrival or “during” stay. On Sunday before check in we decided the weather in Florida was still chili and to have the pool heated for one day (rest day upcoming) called the number provided in arrival instructions which instructed us they were closed and an email was provided for us to send our request. I emailed the email provided come Monday no response so I emailed again while we were out at the parks no response. When I came home from the park on Tuesday I decided to call since no one had responded. I was informed then that we would have to pay for “5” days to have the pool heated! NO WHERE in my contract nor arrival instructions is this listed and the employee admitted this is not listed and refused to honor their own terms and conditions provided. It states pool heat can be added for $35 a day and if I have already checked in a $25 fee would be added to turn pool heat on. I explained this was not in their terms and conditions and was told this was the rules. We refused to pay what they were asking especially since we had already been there 3 days with no response to our emails. Therefor we did not use the pool at all which was disappointing to my children. In addition to this issue I made it known to management that upon our arrival at 6:00 pm (check in was for 4:00) we walked into the house and my two year old slipped in a “puddle” of standing water in the kitchen face planted on tile. It appeared someone had literally just mopped and left no sign to warning sign how slippery the floor was! I was highly upset as my daughter could have seriously been hurt. Nothing but excuses were made for this when I made management aware. I was told they just cleaned due to a late checkout. Well if we were on time for 4:00 pm the property would not have been cleaned as many puddles were around on the first floor which indicated this was just done -that I had to clean up to keep anyone else from falling. Laundry from the previous renters was also left in the dryer. For myself personally I will never rent anything again from Executive Villas.

We loved this property it was very clean and beautiful! Very spacious for a family of eight! The security for this resort was also very prompt at the gates! We had no issues at all! We will have no problem recommending this house and resort to a friend. However, I would recommend having a larger TV in the main living room but otherwise very nice! Thank you to the property management team and cleaning team that made our stay comfortable and hassle less!

Perfect for family teens everyone has space. Only issue was overcharged on payment .system will not release arrival information key password until I overpaid even though I paid in full. The next day it said I owed .50 so went paid the.50 but it only takes amount in dollars. Also, didn't know I had to pay $25 a day for heated hot tub and pool er day would have nice to know before booking. They also don't pick up there phones or return phone calls or emails. We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. So relaxing and comfortable especially the beds. I loved this home so much I didn’t want to leave. Everything you need is right there. Thank you for having us. You won’t be disappointed

A quick drive to the parks and plenty of necessities near by. Our group of 10 of all ages appreciated this spacious home to relax when we got back from a long day. I’d say all past reviews were accurate about what and was and wasn’t provided. Arrival instructions are also helpful for planning what you’ll need to buy for the home. The only complaint we had was noisy neighbors but only one night was disruptive to our evening. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Overall very pleasant experience at this home. The only thing I could say was the stairway wasn’t the cleanest was scuffed with black marks and what appeared to be some type of liquid stains on the walls around the stairway. Everything else was fantastic!

Loved the location and having our own pool. Very clean and spacious. Also, feel like it would have been nice to have more essential items like hand soap, dish soap, more garbage bags, toilet paper.

The home is everything the pictures portray! Plenty of room and a great location!!! The resort amenities were exceptional! My main complaint is when I called maintenance to fix some issues I never saw or heard back from anyone the whole week. The lights in the family room, laundry room, and foyer areas did not work. One of the bedroom lights was so dim you could barely see anything. The ceiling fan on the back patio near the pool was continuously on and did not have any way to turn off. The temperature while we were at the house was in the upper 50s to mid 60s so it was very uncomfortable to sit under a fan that was on high while our children swam in the pool. The TV in the downstairs bedroom did not work. All of these issues were told to the resort employees early during our stay and were never addressed. Also we have rented from VRBO all over the country for the last 8 years and this was the least stocked home we have ever stayed in: no laundry detergent, no dish soap, no dish towels, only 1 towel and washcloth for each occupant for the week, 1 trash bag, etc. I know the site states that these items are to be brought by the renters but we have never stayed at a location that they did not at least supply a day or two of essentials. I would stay here again but with the knowledge that no essentials are going to be supplied and that maintenance won’t address any issues during my stay. Again great location and resort amenities!!!

The property was everything we expected it to be, perfect! We would’ve appreciated network stations in the bedrooms. And I discovered on the first day there was no nozzle to turn the shower on in one of the bathrooms. I called Maintenance and they came the next morning to fix it. Lastly, there was a major concern with a neighbor playing loud music late into the night. I called the neighborhood security office after 11P and they resolved it. Great vacation home and experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Solara resort. The house was as shown in photos and beautiful. Check in process was smooth with no trouble finding the house or getting in. Disneyworld is about 20 minutes away (depending on the park you go to) and Universal is about 30 minutes. The pool area was beautiful and had shaded areas and sunny areas. We didn’t spend a bunch of time at the resort pool as it seemed more crowded, but that was only our preference as we preferred the quiet of our own pool. The food at the resort restaurant was good, but the service wasn’t superb. The only thing at this house that could be useful is a small supply of dish soap, more tea towels/a dish cloth, more paper towel, garbage bags, etc. Otherwise, we were very pleased and would stay again! It seems like a fairly new resort and I’m sure they are still working through all of these small kinks! Thanks for a great home to spend our vacation! We will be back!
