Bed was comfy, however unable to sleep due to the noise.

1. Arrived at the hotel where we have been told through Google Translate that there is no Breakfast as the restaurant is temporarily closed. I have explained that we have paid for b&b and received an answer that shocked us: I can not help you, maybe your app (Booking.com) has a problem. After going back and forth for a while, the guy from reception refunded us 70 Dong!!! that is for 2 breakfasts/each. 2. We have received the room key and figured out ourselves where we need to go just to find out that the key is not working and it was actually for a different room. We’ve got a room in the end. 3. No towels at all in the room, everything smells badly and the sheets were dirty. Asked for towels and received them dirty as well. 4. Staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. 5. I feel like the walls are made of cardboard as we could hear everything from next door and outside. All night. 6. The room has not been cleaned at all during our stay, not even the bins emptied until we have put them in front of our door. 7. It is impossible to communicate with the staff as they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Vietnamese. Even when using Google Translate seemed to be difficult for them. 8. No hot water. 9. Never again.

The location in a lively, busy part of town. A few minutes walk away from the beach, lots of street food vendors and local restaurants nearby. Clean bed and sheets.

The room wasn't as clean as expected. Dirty footmat, stains on walls and furniture. Photos are slightly misleading. Loud music is played downstairs until late.

Bed were comfortable and had good pillows. AC was very gentle and quiet.

Sound proofing is non-existent. All sounds from hallway and outside could be heard in the room. No hot water and shower head was broken. Staff was not comfortable to communicate in English.

I have to say that i have had a good experience when i stayed in Bella VT hotel with the good price for a nice room, i got a comfortable double bed and a nice view bacony. After all, what made me impress most was professional staffs: receptionist, cleaner, security...all of them were friendly . However, i failed for the wifi but it was not big trouble. Thanks Bella VT

Window blinds was broken, it could not cover the entire of the window which cause the loss of private and security of our room. Moreover, room's wall is very poor at soundproof.
