The house was large, had most of utensils that one might need and a nice swimming pool. Sunbeds were really comfortable and therefore spending time outside was definitely very pleasant. The owners sent us a brochure with the most important information which was really helpful and made finding the house much simpler.

The barbeque was really dirty. Cleanleaness of towels, sheets and floors in some rooms (e.g. master bedroom) should be paid more attention to as it was not on par with the standard of the house. Parking was a bit tight and, even with a compact car, arriving and leaving required a few manouvers. We were really surprised that there was a camera in the swimming pool area (that seemed to be operational). I can understand that it might be part of the security system, however, it should monitor the outside area and not a place where one is most probably going to spend a lot of time. Alternatively, we should have been told about it and the equipment should have been turned off during guests' stay. Throghout the week, various people were entering the outside area via the garage without even trying to check if anyone was at the house. It is clear the the pool needs to be checked and cleaned up, however, it could have been done in a way that no one would feel like their privacy was disturbed. There were also the little things like the satelite tv not working at all, location a bit further away from the nearest grocery store and so on. It is definitely a property with a huge potential, so I hope that those comments will be taken into consideration and addressed.

Very comfortable house, with beautiful view on sea and mountains. Silent neighborhood, swimming pool as additional advantages.

It was clean and luxary lucky we had a car because it was up on the hill .. but this gave is an amazing view over the see and mountain

The bbq was very dirty

Modern house with all the amenities and details you need (pool, parking slot, AC, complete kitchen fully equipped, wi-fi, modern furnitures, etc) The owner provides all the required info about the house (pretty handy handbook) as well as info about the surroundings. Highly recommended.
