Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Hostess was fantastic to deal with . I liked that there was a code for door . Great instructions. Right on the bus route to airport. Facility has parking and fitness if you need it.

I didn't see access to Netflix for some reason....this would have been nice. Be prepared to walk uphill to the 'haute ville' if you are a walker. MOre info on key bus routes would be nice.

All the small and nice-to things they thought of. Met us at the apartment to show us how to work everything, provided clothes washing pods and dryer sheets, a nice bar of chocolate…. the place is just on the edge of old town, but we had a car and parking was convenient. overall, great stay!

The owner helped us immediately to enter the room and came to the room and explained the room. He is very gentle, and polite so we enjoyed the small conversation with him.

It seemed a little bit difficult to use a keypad function.

The apt was clean and 8 min away by car to city. Actually it was the best apt that I ve tried. Amenities were better than 5 stars hotel and bed was extremly comfy. Owner really made guests to stay comfy as their home! Thank you so much!!!!

Host very friendly. Very comfy. Felt at home, where we did mostly home cooked meals. Very much liked the quiet, all-house air cleaner/humidifier. After the few days to figure out the convenient bus system, we wished we could stay longer.

Location was great, easy walk to lots of restaurants, pubs, microbreweries. Nice uphill walk to the museum, then a great walk to the Citadel and Chateau Frontenac area. Once we parked, our vehicle stayed there until we were ready to leave. Location was easy to get to. Property should be given a higher rating.

Everything was great. Hosts were very responsive. Instructions were very detailed, however Lucian showed up to give us a tour of the facility and let us into the parking garage. That was very nice of him.
