Ann and John are wonderful hosts. The apartment was as advertised, clean, quiet, and safe. We unfortunately didn't have time to spend in the hot tub or pool, but they were open and ready for us. Both beds were super comfy, and loved how there were spices, oils, teas, and coffees available for use. Also, there were lots of extras like different shampoos, bug sprays, nail polish remover...just a lot of things you don't think about when traveling. It was so nice to have them available and no need to purchase extra while there. Thank you for the nice stay!!

I stayed for the weekend to relax after running events in Orlando all week and it was the perfect way to recharge! It’s right on the road to lead out to the Canaveral National Seashore, and was close to cocoa beach as well! The hot tub has fantastic jets for relaxing after a long day and the family was super nice and incredible hosts!! Great space, fully equipped, super clean, helpful hosts, highly recommend 5 stars!! Definitely would stay again!

My friends and I made a trip down to Titusville for a holiday weekend. Though I am familiar with that part of Florida, I had not spent much time in Titusville. Ann and John’s place was lovely - and they could not have been kinder hosts. Our flight arrived very late on Friday night, and Ann had made sure that we had a fruit tray waiting for us in case we hadn’t eaten. She was right! The airport had run out of food because it was a holiday weekend and there were so many canceled flights, so we really appreciated the kind touch. They were the perfect blend of helpful, but not intrusive. And the space was perfect for us. The trundle bed was very comfortable as was the queen size bed in the bedroom. And the pool area was lovely as well. We had coffee in the mornings pool side. The area is conveniently located not far from the Orlando And, Melbourne Airports. And also very close to Cape Canaveral, and the Cape Canaveral seashore, which is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend their sweet spot. And we hope we can go back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ann & John's holiday rental, and I can confidently say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Ann & John's hospitality and warmth made us feel like we were visiting old friends rather than staying at a rental property. They were incredibly hospitable, welcoming, helpful, and caring, and it was evident that they genuinely enjoyed hosting guests. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything one could possibly need on a holiday. The well-maintained pool and hot tub were a true highlight of our stay. We spent many enjoyable hours relaxing in the pool area. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after long days of exploration. The cooking facilities were excellent, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. The location rental was perfect, being a short drive away from both the seaside and the Kennedy Space Center. What impressed us even more was Ann & John's thoughtfulness. Knowing that we were arriving late, they provided us with water, fruit salad, and milk for our arrival, ensuring we wouldn't go hungry or thirsty after our journey. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a truly special and enjoyable holiday experience.

Facilities, hospitality, location, birding, and weather were all wonderful. I wish I were there now instead of being captured in Dallas because of the icy roads produced by this winter storm.

The place was perfect, just as described and the hosts were so friendly and kind. Parking is easy and convenient. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment was immaculate. Truly spectacular.

My husband, 2 year old daughter, and I stayed at Ann and John's place for a week. Let me tell you, if you're even considering staying here, do yourself a favor AND DO IT! Ann and her husband are sweet as pie and were very welcoming. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. Don't let the fact that it's a part of the main house deter you, you can't even tell when you're in the apartment. It's very private and spacious. The pool and patio are to die for. We will definitely be back!

We were very happy with our stay at Ann’s place. Very hospitable hosts and a beautiful house! Only regret was not staying longer. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Titusville.
