清潔で良かったです

location is right next the train station, several restaurants and close to Sapporo tower. The room was exceded my expectations for the price.

The bathroom was a little cramped but better than the other hotel I stayed at. The bathroom sink faucet took some trial and error to figure out. There was only one outlet in the room that had a grounding plug for my laptop charger.

The place is close to the Sapporo station, there is lots of amenities. The room size is good for 2 people. They put extra futon which was good. We could leave our luggage before aicheckin and after the check out. Very satisfied with the stay.

We stayed two days, next day the trash wasn't changed and room wasn't cleaned. Maybe it wasn't included in the package.

The location is just a couple of blocks from the main train station. Because I was travelling on a JR pass, that was handy. The room was actually set up to sleep 3 despite the small size and I was impressed with the double bunk beds. Good water-pressure. Heat pump individually to the room so you can get your own comfort level.

The whole place is set up for check in and out without human contact. I'm just a little bit not ready for all the qr codes and such, but the guy on duty was nice enough to walk me through it. His patience was appreciated. I was the person who hadn't read a full email on that process.

Everything was fine. Nothing special but nothing bad either. They provided towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, a cotton set and slippers for in the room.

値段が安い？

雪降る寒さの中エアコンが故障していてつかなかった。フロントに連絡しても出なかった。 カーテンは遮光のだけで開けると丸見えになるので開けれなかった。

This hotel never give me the room I book ‚I don't want the bulk bed room but they insist all room under renovations, when I book the room, bulk bed is cheaper but I book higher price room because I don't want use bulk bed, I am old people they are buddying old people ,how can they accept booking and payment and tell customers no room, please refund difference,and another problem is they put all big rubbish right in front of door, I can send photo to proof, is a lot of nails, very dangerous, and when I check out and want to leave luggage they said cannot, then I have to bring back to the room again and all rubbish block the way, is so difficult and dangerous.

It was clean, great location and staff were lovely

The room was tiny! We booked for 4 and it was a tiny room with one double bed. We were given a futon “for 2” but it was very small, and could barely fit in the room. Our fourth person slept in the hall on the ground.

Location near the university and walking distance to train station and most city sites of interest. Quiet.

Vastly overpriced for room size and quality, and being in a medium-sized city. Felt more like a hostel but we paid the same price as a decent hotel in Tokyo for a week earlier on the same days of the week. No major events in Sapporo on dates either. Mystified by cost. Materials stored in area that areas to have been a lobby previously. Not welcoming in design.

The mattress was way too soft. The room was not like the photos. The bathroom smelt musty. I would rather stay in a hostel than this hotel.

The location was good because it was close to the station. The lobby also offered the basic amenities. In addition, there were pots, cutlery, and other things for cooking in the room.

When we were looking for a hotel to stay at, we decided to go to the Residence Hotel because the room in the photos looked fairly nice. It was bright and inviting. What we got was the total opposite. The room was tiny, had a depressing view of a wall, and we had to keep the lights on the whole time to be able to see anything. Apparently, the rooms used to be tiny, single-occupancy apartments repurposed for hotel rooms (very uncomfortable for more than one person). In the pictures we saw of the hotel, there were two beds — a futon one and a regular one. In reality, there was a very uncomfortable bunk bed with a thin futon on a metal frame. The bathtub was so small that it was very hard to move around in it, and the bottom of it looked kind of dirty. The lobby had a strange plastic divider on one side, so the hotel is probably used for other things. There was only one person in the lobby, and they mostly stayed in another room, which made us think that not many people visit. The hotel rooms were only on floors 4 and 9, and we didn’t see any other guests during our time there.

Relatively cheap. Near Hokkaido university. More laundry machines.

Too crowded for more than 2 persons. Only one chair! Very uncomfortable for the other people sitting on bed. More like students dormitory.

The room is good for family with teens if they like to sleep on the floor.

The floor is not wooden floor, but with carpet which looks quite old and dark.

Close to the station and located within a walking distance to many popular places in the city! The rooms were decent, we spent most of the day out exploring!
