This is our second stay at this property, and as usual it was fantastic! Jerry is great with anything you may need! Can't wait till next year!

Me Jerry was very nice and accommodating to our family. Home is in a nice, clean, friendly and safe neighborhood. 4 bunks in one bedroom and a a bed in the other . Home has everything you will need for a stay. Water access was great. Landing was about 10-15 away via car and about 10 min. by boat. We went to Jocassee one day and we were just a few minutes away.

The mobile home is basic, but provides what you need. Most importantly is that there is a delightful screened in porch with a relaxing view of the lake. Access to a beach, for easy swimming. Dock access for your boat or kayak. And the owner, is a delight. Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful lot with great lake access. We loved sitting on the porch and hang around in the yard and in and around the lake. Very relaxing!! The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The trailer is small but good for a family with small kids for a few days. Most equipment and furnishing is older but in good shape and well thought through. Overall it’s a great weekend escape. You can even dock a boat if you bring one. The little beach with shallow water is a plus for smaller kids. Thank you, Jerry! We’ll be back for sure!

Very nice host and area!

I rented for a family trip the manager was very good about any questions i had he met us at the property and showed us around it was a wondetful place right on the lake and with a screened in porch over looking the lake!

Open and ready when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful. We loved it and plan to return.

This property is great. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it's clean, well stoçked, and has excellent mattresses. We cannot rate the owner, Jerry, high enough. He is very welcoming and tries very hard to make sure his guests have a good stay. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. If you have the opportunity to stay here I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent place to stay directly on Lake Keowee with your boat. The mobile home is retro 70s and reminded us of our childhood (avocado green refrigerator and all). Even though it is retro everything was very clean. Linens are provided which is nice when vacationing. The best part is the lake view. We ate every meal sitting on the screened in back porch overlooking the lake.

This was perfect for what my family needed for a weekend getaway! Even the teens were happy! Jerry (Owner and Host) was very helpful and welcoming. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Having access to the view and dock for a swim with the family was amazing! Thank you for the hospitality and opportnity for us to make some memories!

Rental was super clean and has everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was super nice and helpful! Great location with sandy beach area. Definitely will be visiting again.

My family and I did a last minute getaway, and really enjoyed our stay it was quiet, peaceful and enjoyed our stay

Our family was looking for a simple and cozy place to stay next to Lake Keowee that had a dock for our boat to go out and in on. Jerry's place was perfect. A very nice deck overlooking the lake, a dock to accommodate our boat, and enough space for us and our two little kids. We highly recommend this place and will certainly be making return trips to unplug from the world and enjoy everything to offer.

excellent access on lake and lake jocassee, small place

We came for a couple of nights and enjoyed the home. It’s in such a great location and the owner was easily accessible by email and phone. We hope to visit again one day!

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway staying here! We found it easy access to all of the local lakes (Jocassee and Hartwell) and of course staying on Lake Keowee. The area offers so much natural beauty and adventure, most of it only accessible by the lakes. Salem is a small community, but we managed to come across a couple of great little places like Sister’s Restaurant which offered a great breakfast (the only meals we ate there) and Jocassee Valley Brewing Company offered beer, live music, and a local food truck all of which were great! We have lived in SC our whole life and this is our first stay in the upstate to visit the lakes, but it won’t be the last. We can’t wait to take our children back to explore. Thank you Jerry for a very easy and comfortable stay, we pray that you and your wife find as much comfort while out west as we did here in your cozy little trailer (that reminded us so much of our childhood).
