We rented the home as a place to house a small security team of seven during our recent trip. We had one couple in the group and all other individual males. The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, we did use the grill on two occasions and it worked well. The house is not too far from the Scottsdale area where we were working an has plenty of stores, restaurants and options nearby.

We liked the house. For a large group of women it was spacious and accommodating. The pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature for us. We were disappointed to learn the fire pit was broken and in the process of being replaced (we had unusual cool weather while we were there). A brand new one was delivered before we checked out. We did encounter some additional problems, which were addressed to our satisfaction. The management company was quick to respond and did their best to meet our expectations.

There was hair left in some of the bathtubs, dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the laundry room that never got put away. We ended up buying our toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap. Besides for the pool the property was nice but very clearly mismanaged to the extent that it impacted out stay.

The house was conveniently located and sized appropriately for a large family get together. Unfortunately, upon arrival the air conditioning unit was being replaced for the upper floor. The repair was not made and during the entire stay the unit was hot (average temperatures in the area was over 100 degrees) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and spending time upstairs. Continual follow up with the property manager which was less than helpful and no real attention was given in a timely manner in order to allow for a more comfortable stay. Members of our party left a day early due to being uncomfortable and not wanting to sleep in the heat.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lacking cooking utensils…..and unfortunately not really cleaned well when we arrived. We would have cleaned but no supplies.

The house is spacious, and in a very good location. It was clean. The kitchen has minimal cookware, glasses, and serving utensils. There are plenty of bath and pool towels. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a private bath, plus a powder room in the main living area. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedroom suites. The down side is the other 3 bedrooms share a hallway bath. The backyard has nice outdoor space with plenty of seating. The fire pit did not work. I assume it needed propane. There was an extra tank in the garage, but the tank attached to the grill was empty.

NOT CLEAN! Kitchen are was dirty. Fridge, microwave, wine cooler, sink, countertops, kitchen cabinets, floors all have not been cleaned. Pool cover tore, dishwasher had a damage door, no propane for fire pit or grill. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Con’s Needs to be renovated… floor tiles are chipped, kitchen cabinets are shabby, dishwasher has a Hugh dent in door, carpet on 2nd floor is wore out. Pool cover was tore.

Our biggest issue with the house was that it was not clean. My children’s feet were black after running around on the tile floors the first day. My husband even mopped the floors our first night there but it only helped marginally. The house was spacious but not very accommodating to our large family. We spent most of our time congregated in the kitchen. The living areas weren’t comfortable for a large amount of people. Unfortunately the heated pool was not operational during our stay which we requested and paid for in advance. This was a huge selling point for our stay here. However, the owner did refund us this cost. We will not stay here again.

We were there for another brother's Celebration of Life Ceremony. To all be "together," in a clean, safe and comfortable setting, with a heated pool, was OUTSTANDING! Thank you for great memories! 4 families stayed for a week at this property, and we would do it at this property again. The A/C on the main floor wasn't working, when we notified the manager it was repaired that day. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location was central to, so many things.

Overall good would recommend to a friend. Was a problem with leaking water but that was fixed.
