Zum Haus Garten und Umgebund gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss schöne Aussicht um den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu bestaunen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet um zu Klettern und Wandern. House well equipped with super pool. Garden fantastic with possibility to pick fruit and vegetables . Dario, the property manager was excellent! Ideal position to visit Siracusa and the Baroque towns of Sicily. The final 300 metres of unmade road are not a problem. You'll sometimes hear the local dogs at night - they seem to communicate from farm to farm!- but I assume this is rural Sicily!

Endroit très agréable et calme. Maison bien équipée et lors de souci, équipe très réactive. Dommage pour le parcours rocailleux à l’approche de la résidence. Grande piscine. Je recommande.

Tutto molto bello. Unica pecca è la zona isolata e l’accesso alla villa (ultimi 300 metri non asfaltati)

Empfehlenswertes, sauberes Haus, großer Pool, großer Außengrill, Kicker... schöner Blick bis zum Meer... Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

speziell für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Her var rent og manglede intet, vi var 5 voksne og 3børn i 12dage vi nød det der var 37 gr på det tidspunkt og vi badede hele tiden der var desværre ikke til at bunde for børnene. Der var en fodboldtbane lige på den anden side af hækken. En udtrolig flink mand der viste os huset og alt hvad det indebære.herren der ejede huset hilste vi også på nogle gange var der det mindste i vejen med noget så var han der i løbet af et kvarter.en stor oplevelse at være der kan roligt anbefale det til andre.hilsen Lone og John brandt

We spent 2 weeks here in June with grandparents and children, and it was absolutely perfect. The agent D was so helpful, he provided groceries upon our arrival and met us in town so that he could show us the location of the property. It is situated in the countryside about 1-2 miles outside of the small town of Floridia, the location is very quiet and peaceful with a wonderful pool, olive grove and citrus orchard. The house itself is simple but comfortable with air conditioning in every bedroom. We found the location to be absolutely perfect for visiting Noto, Palazzolo Accreide, Caltagirone, Siracusa, Ortigia, Pantalica, Taormina and Etna. Everything is so close by and everywhere we went, people were so friendly and helpful. There is a super market nearby and every evening we visited the gelateria Il Gabbiano in the central piazza, which is enjoyed by all the locals. After spending the morning site seeing we often swam at the beach at Fontane Bianche, the Lido Sayonara has a wonderful fish restaurant on the beach which also serves fabulous pizza (especially the Mercato d'Ortigia). When visiting Pantalica we took the road from Ferla, parking at the end of the road, where we were able to hike down into the gorge and swim in the river. Along the road home we stopped for a late lunch at the Agriturismo PortPantalica. Don't miss a visit to the village of Buscemi where, from the museum the guides are happy to take you on a private tour of the village, visiting all of the original dwellings of the local artisans, farmers and laborers. In Ortigia, the fish restaurants along the ocean are great for watching the sunset but within a small piazza you'll find the Taberna da Sveva full of locals. This house is a true gem in the middle of a spectacular part of Sicily. I hope we can visit again.

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce un voiture n'est pas nécessaire mais obligatoire car éloigné de tout en pleine campagne. Très jolie maison relativement propre à notre arrivée. Equipement complet en cuisine, TV pour les accros et Wifi. par contre équipement autour de la piscine (transat) et terrasse ( chaises) insuffisants et vétuste.
